Abstract

Background: Feelings of being sexually attracted to the opposite sex encourage teenagers at this time to form a relationship that is commonly called courtship. Parents also take part in matters that affect adolescent dating style, parental attachment has a relationship with intimacy in dating in early adulthood, the purpose of this study was to find out how the pattern of parental attachment to adolescent dating at SMKN 2 Kota Jambi. Method: This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The research was conducted at SMKN 2 Kota Jambi. The sampling technique used accidential sampling technique. Data were collected using research instruments, the scale of attachment patterns. Data analysis using JASP statistical test. Result: From the results of descriptive statistics obtained a value of 45.912% of the research subjects using the Safe Attachment Pattern, 30.503% of the research subjects using the anxious attachment pattern, while 37% of the research subjects using the avoidant attachment pattern. Conclusion and advice: From the data obtained based on the subject's response, it shows that the students of SMKN 2 Jambi City tend to have a secure attachment pattern. It is hoped that parents and teachers can provide supervision and establish intense communication with teenagers at SMK N 2 Kota Jambi. Keywords:. Attachment, attachment pattern, Teen Latar Belakang : Perasaan tertarik secara seksual terhadap lawan jenis mendorong remaja pada saat ini membentuk suatu hubungan yang biasa disebut pacaran. Orang tua juga ikut andil dalam hal-hal yang mepengaruhi gaya berpacaran remaja, kelekatan orang tua memiliki hubungan dengan keintiman dalam berpacaran pada dewasa awal, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola kelekatan orang tua terhadap remaja berpacaran di SMKN 2 Kota Jambi. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis Deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di lingkungan SMKN 2 Kota Jambi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik accidential sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen penelitian, skala pola kelekatan. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistika JASP. Hasil : Dari hasil statistic dekstriptif didapatkan nilai sebesar 45.912% dari subjek penelitian menggunakan jenis Pola Kelekatan Aman, sebesar 30.503% daari subjek penelitian menggunakan jenis pola kelekatan cemas, sedangkan 37% subjek penelitian menggunakan jenis pola kelekatan menghindar. Kesimpulan dan saran : Dari data yang diperoleh berdasarkan respon subjek menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMKN 2 Kota Jambi kecenderungan memiliki pola kelekatan aman. Diharapkan kepada orang tua dan guru dapat memberikan pengawasan serta menjalin komunikasi yang intens terhadap remaja di SMK N 2 Kota Jambi. Kata kunci : Attachment, pola kelekatan, Remaja
