Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : COVID-19 adalah virus yang dapat bermutasi membentuk struktur gen baru yang ditemukan di Wuhan, China pada Desember 2019. Penyakit ini berkembang sangat pesat dan telah menyebar ke berbagai negara. Pasien COVID-19 (didiagnosis positif) tidak boleh meremehkan perkembangan gejala ini, karena dalam kondisi kritis atau memburuk diharuskan untuk masuk ICU. Tujuan : penelitin ini bertujuan untuk menetahui Analisis Asuhan Keperawatan Pasien COVID-19 di Ruang ICU. Metode : Penelitan ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yang merupakan bentuk penelitian yang dilakukan melalui penelusuran dengan membaca berbagai sumber. Hasil : dari 10 jurnal, masing-masing menggunakan asuhan keperawatan yang berbeda-beda untuk menangani pasien dengan covid-19 di ruang ICU dan diperoleh hasil bawa semua intervensi yang telah diberikan efektif dilakukan untuk menangani pasien dengan COVID-19 Kesimpulan : diperoleh hasil bawa semua intervensi yang telah diberikan efektif dilakukan untuk menangani pasien dengan COVID-19. Kata Kunci : Asuhan Keperawatan, Covid-19, ICU ABSTRACT Background: COVID-19 is a virus that can mutate to form a new gene structure that was discovered in Wuhan, China in December 2019. This disease is growing very rapidly and has spread to various countries. Patients with COVID-19 (diagnosed as positive) should not underestimate the development of these symptoms, because they are in critical or deteriorating condition and are required to be admitted to the ICU. Purpose: This study aims to find out the Analysis of Nursing Care for COVID-19 Patients in the ICU. Method: This research uses a literature study method which is a form of research conducted through searching by reading various sources. Results: from 10 journals, each using different nursing care to treat patients with COVID-19 in the ICU and the results were that all the interventions that had been given were effective in treating patients with COVID-19 Conclusion: The results showed that all the interventions that had been given were effective in treating patients with COVID-19.
