Abstract
Pemanfaatan lahan gambut yang kurang bijak menyebabkan lahan gambut di Indonesia semakin terancam kelestariannya. Upaya pelestarian ekosistem gambut juga perlu ditanamkan melalui bidang pendidikan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran siswa tentang kelestarian serta permasalahannya. Media pembelajaran memiliki peranan yang sangat penting untuk mengintegrasikan materi mengenai gambut kedalam pembelajaran. Melalui media pembelajaran, objek yang terlalu besar dapat ditampilkan dalam bentuk yang lebih sederhana seperti gambar ataupun video. Oleh karena itu dikembangkan media pembelajaran berupa video pembelajaran mengenai gambut pada pokok bahasan pelestarian lingkungan kelas X SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan Research and Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation & Evaluation). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket validasi aspek materi dan validasi aspek media, respon guru dan respon siswa di SMA N 10 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Validasi aspek materi dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali dan diperoleh hasil akhir persentase kelayakan sebesar 95,4% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Validasi aspek media dilakukan sebanyak dua kali dengan hasil akhir persentase kelayakan sebesar 87,5% dan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Hasil penilaian guru hasil mata pelajaran biologi diperoleh persentase kelayakan 92,5% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil pada siswa kelas X IPA diperoleh persentase kelayakan 94,37% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Uji coba pada kelompok besar diperoleh persentase kelayakan 91,25% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. The unwise use of peatlands causes peatlands in Indonesia to be increasingly threatened with sustainability. Efforts to preserve the peat ecosystem also need to be invested through the field of education to increase students' knowledge and awareness about sustainability and its problems. Learning media has a very important role to integrate material about peat into learning. Through learning media, objects that are too large can be displayed in simpler forms such as pictures or videos. Therefore, a learning media was developed in the form of a learning video about peat on the subject of environmental conservation in class X SMA. This research is a Research and Development with ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation & Evaluation). Data collection was carried out using a material aspect validation questionnaire and media aspect validation, teacher responses and student responses at SMA N 10 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Validation of the material aspect was carried out three times and the final result of the feasibility percentage was 95.4% with the "Very Good" category. The media aspect validation was carried out twice with the final result of the feasibility percentage being 87.5% and the "Very Good" category. The results of the teacher's assessment of the results of biology subjects obtained a feasibility percentage of 92.5% with the "Very Good" category. The results of small group trials on students of class X IPA obtained the percentage of eligibility 94.37% with the category
