Abstract

Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan rencana strategi BKKBN tahun 2020-2024 dan data yang diambil dari BKKBN, realisasi penggunaan MKJP di Indonesia 11,93% dan Provinsi Jambi 10,9%. Data DPPKB Kota Jambi, penggunaan MKJP terendah pada tahun 2021 diwilayah Kecamatan Danau Teluk sebesar 4,2%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku penggunaan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang (MKJP) peserta KB Aktif di Kecamatan Danau Teluk Kota Jambi. Metode: Peneltian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh peserta KB Aktif di Kecamatan Danau Teluk berjumlah 2.438. Besar sampel berjumlah 92 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat yakni uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Pengetahuan responden kategori baik 69,6% dan kurang baik 30,4%, Sikap positif 58,7% dan negatif 41,3%. Sumber informasi baik 60,9% dan kurang baik 39,1%. Dukungan keluarga kategori mendukung 54,3% dan 45,7% kurang mendukung. Perilaku penggunaan KB MKJP kategori baik 50%. Analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan sikap (P-value=0,003) dan dukungan keluarga (p-value=0,012) terhadap perilaku penggunaan KB MKJP. Dan tidak adanya hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuam (p-value=1) dan sumber informasi (p-value=0,393) terhadap perilaku penggunaan KB MKJP. Kesimpulan: Faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku penggunaan KB MKJP di Kecamatan Danau Teluk Kota Jambi adalah sikap dan dukungan keluarga. Dan faktor yang tidak berhubungan adalah pengetahuan dan sumber informasi. Background : Based on the BKKBN strategic plan for 2020-2024 and data taken from the BKKBN, the actual use of MKJP in Indonesia is 11.93% and Jambi Province is 10.9%. Jambi City DPPKB data, the lowest use of MKJP in 2021 in the Danau Teluk District area is 4.2%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the behavior of using long-term contraceptive methods (MKJP) of active family planning participants in Danau Teluk, Jambi City. Method : Quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The study population of all Active Family Planning participants in Danau Teluk District totaled 2,438. The sample size is 92 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire and data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis, namely the Chi-Square test. Result : The knowledge of respondents in the good category is 69.6% and 30.4% is not good, 58.7% is positive and 41.3% is negative. Good information sources 60.9% and 39.1% not good. Family support category supports 54.3% and 45.7% does not support. KB MKJP usage behavior in good category 50%. The analysis shows that there is a relationship between attitude (P-value = 0.003) and family support (p-value = 0.012) towards the behavior of using KB MKJP. And there is no significant relationship between knowledge (p-value = 1) and sources of information (p-value = 0.393) on the behavior of using KB MKJP. Conclusion: Factors related to the behavior of using KB MKJP in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City are family attitudes and support. And factors that are not related are knowledge and sources of information.
