Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai karakter yang terkandung serta sebaran pembelajaran karakter pada buku tematik kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar pada semester ganjil dan semester genap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi dokumen. Penelitian ini menganalisis muatan nilai karakter serta sebaran nilai karakter pada buku tematik kelas 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada buku tematik kelas 1 mengandung nilai karakter pada setiap konten materi di dalamnya. Nilai karakter tersebut yaitu religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat/komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dapat diketahui tidak semua nilai Pendidikan karakter terkandung dalam setiap konten materi, setiap pembelajaran, setiap subtema, dan setiap tema. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penlitian ini yaitu buku tematik kelas 1 mengandung nilai karakter pada setiap konten materi yang sesuai dengan Permendikbud No. 20 Tahun 2018. Kemunculan nilai pendidikan karakter ini memiliki frekuensi yang berbeda pada setiap tema. Dengan adanya analisis konten dan sebaran pembelajaran karakter pada buku tematik kelas 1 ini diharapkan dapat membantu pendidik untuk menanamkan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam diri peserta didik yang disesuaikan dengan karakter dan perkembangan peserta didik kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar. This study aims to determine the character values ​​contained as well as the distribution of character learning in elementary school grade 1 thematic books in odd and even semesters. This study uses a qualitative research method with a type of document study. This study analyzed the content of character values ​​and the distribution of character values ​​in grade 1 thematic books. The results of the study show that class 1 thematic books contain character values ​​for each material content in them. These character values ​​are religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard working, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, love of the motherland, respect for achievement, friendly/communicative, love of peace, love to read, care for the environment, care for the social, and responsibility. answer. Based on the analysis conducted by the researcher, it can be seen that not all character education values ​​are contained in every material content, every lesson, every sub-theme, and every theme. The conclusion obtained from this research is that class 1 thematic books contain character values ​​in each material content in accordance with Permendikbud No. 20 of 2018. The emergence of this character education value has a different frequency on each theme. With content analysis and the distribution of character learning in grade 1 thematic books, it is hoped that it can help educators to instill character education values ​​in students that are adapted to the character and development of grade 1 elementary school students.
