Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pasien chronic kidney disease dapat mengalami inflamasi dikarenakan gangguan fungsi ginjal dan proses hemodialisa. inflamasi dapat diukur dengan menggunakan RNL (Rasio Netrofil Limfosit) dan CRP (C-reactive Protein). Pada dasarnya inflamasi dapat mempengaruhi status gizi pasien dengan berbagai mekanisme. Status gizi penting karena dapat menentukan kualitas hidup dan prognosis pasien Tujuan : Untuk mengetaui Korelasi Nilai RNL (Ratio Neutrofil Limfosit) Dan CRP (C-Reactive Protein) Sebagai Parameter Inflamasi Terhadap Status Gizi Pada Pasien Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Yang Sedang Menjalani Hemodialisis Di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional pada 40 pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi, yang dikumpulkan dengan metode accidental sampling. Pengukuran status gizi menggunakan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dan uji hipotesisnya menggunakan uji spearman. Hasil : Hasil dari 40 pasien didapatkan pasien lebih banyak berusia 40-50 tahun (32,5%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki (62,5 %), Pasien yang memiliki RNL tinggi sebanyak 75% dan yang mengalami CRP tinggi sebanyak 32,5 % dan pasien yang mengalami malnutrisi sebanyak 42,5%. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji spearman didapatkan nilai RNL P value = 0,058 (>0,05) CRP P value = 0,758 (>0,05). Kesimpulan : Tidal terdapat Korelasi Nilai RNL (Ratio Neutrofil Limfosit) Dan CRP (C-Reactive Protein) Sebagai Parameter Inflamasi Terhadap Status Gizi Pada Pasien Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Yang Sedang Menjalani Hemodialisis Di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi. Kata Kunci : Hemodialisis, Chronic Kidney Disease, Ratio Neutrofil Limfosit, C-reactive Protein, Status Gizi, Infalamasi Background : Patients with chronic kidney disease can experience inflammationdue to impaired kidney function and the hemodialysis process. Inflammation canbe measured using RNL (Nutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio) and CRP (C-reactive Protein). Basically inflammation can affect the nutritional status of patients with various mechanisms. Nutritional status is important because it can determine the quality of life and patient prognosis. Objective : To determine the correlation between RNL (Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio) and CRP (C-Reactive Protein) values as parameters of inflammation against nutritional status in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) undergoing hemodialysis at Raden Mattaher General Hospital, Jambi. Methods : This study was a cross-sectional study on 40 CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi, who were collected by accidental sampling method. Measuring nutritional status using the body mass index (BMI) and testing the hypothesis using the Spearman test. Results : The results of the 40 patients found that more patients aged 40-50 years (32.5%), male sex (62.5%), Patients who had high RNL were 75% and who experienced high CRP were 32, 5% and patients who experience malnutrition as much as 42,5%. Statistical test results using the Spearman test obtained RNL P value = 0.058 (> 0.05) CRP P value = 0.758 (> 0.05). Conclusion : There is no correlation between RNL (Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio) and CRP (C-Reactive Protein) values as parameters of inflammation against nutritional status in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) undergoing hemodialysis at Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi.
