Abstract

ABSTRAK DANANG TRI RAHARJO. Analisis Alokasi Tenaga Kerja Keluarga Petani Swadaya Pada Masa Peremajaan Kelapa Sawit di Kecamatan Muara Tabir Kabupaten Tebo. Dibimbing oleh Prof. Dr. Ir H. Zulkifli Alamsyah, M.Sc. dan Ir. Yusma Damayati, M.Si. Penelitian ini ditunjukan untuk mengetahui: (1) gambaran kondisi peremajaan kelapa sawit di Kecamatan Muara Tabir Kabupaten Tebo. (2) Alokasi curahan tenaga kerja keluarga petani berdasarkan sumber pendapatan pada masa peremajaan kelapa sawit. (3) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi alokasi tenaga kerja keluarga petani pada masa peremajaan kelapa sawit. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif meliputi analisis Alokasi tenaga kerja keluarga petani menggunakan analisis regresi logstik biner. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Muara Tabir dengan jumlah ukuran sampel sebanyak 55 petani yang terdiri atas 47 petani yang mengalokasikan tenaga kerja keluarga dipertanian (on farm) dan 8 petani yang mengalokasikan tenaga kerja keluarga diluar pertanian (non farm). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Peremajaan kelapa sawit di Kecamatan Muara Tabir menggunakan sumber dana BPDPKS dimulai pada tahun 2019. Terdapat dua kelompok tani yang menerima bantuan yaitu, Gapoktan Bersama Desa Bangun Seranten dan Gapoktan Bersama Desa Sungai Jernih. Total luas lahan peremajaan kelapa sawit teknik konvensional sebesar 265 hektar. Bibit yang digunakan adalah bibit D x P TOPAZ total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar 26.357.500/Ha. (2). Alokasi tenaga kerja keluarga petani pada pertanian (on farm) sebanyak 92 orang atau sebesar 84,40 persen dan alokasi tenaga kerja keluarga petani diluar pertanian (non farm) sebanyak 17 orang atau sebesar 15,60 persen. Potensi tenaga kerja keluarga petani sebesar 29.980 HKSP/Tahun. Rata-rata alokasi curahan tenaga kerja keluarga petani pada masa peremajaan dipertanian (on farm) sebesar 232,63 HOK/Tahun dan rata-rata alokasi curahan tenaga kerja keluarga petani pada masa peremajaan diluar pertanian (non farm) sebesar 84,13 HOK/Tahun kemudian rata-rata alokasi curahan tenaga kerja di lahan milik sendiri sebesar 2.468,08 HOK/Tahun. (3) Alokasi tenaga kerja keluarga petani dipengaruhi oleh dua variabel tidak berpengaruh yaitu tingkat pendidikan (dummy), jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan dua variabel berpengaruh yaitu, luas lahan, pengalaman berusahatani. Analysis of Labor Allocation of Independent Farmer Families during the Oil Palm Rejuvenation Period in Muara Tabir District, Tebo Regency. Supervised by Prof. Dr. Ir H. Zulkifli Alamsyah, M.Sc. and Ir. Yusma Damayati, M.Sc. This research is aimed at knowing: (1) an overview of the condition of oil palm rejuvenation in Muara Tabir District, Tebo Regency. (2) Allocation of farmer family labor outpouring based on source of income during oil palm rejuvenation period. (3) Factors that affect the allocation of labor for farming families during the rejuvenation period of oil palm. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analysis used is descriptive quantitative analysis including analysis of the allocation of farm family labor using binary logistic regression analysis. This research was conducted in Muara Tabir District with a total sample size of 55 farmers consisting of 47 farmers who allocate family labor in agriculture (on farm) and 8 farmers who allocate family labor outside agriculture (non-farm). The research results show that (1). Oil palm rejuvenation in Muara Tabir District using BPDPKS funding sources began in 2019. There were two farmer groups that received assistance, namely Gapoktan Bersama Desa Bangun Seranten and Gapoktan Bersama Desa Sungai Jernih. The total area of conventional oil palm replanting is 265 hectares. The seeds used were D x P TOPAZ seeds with a total cost of 26,357,500/Ha. (2). The allocation of labor for farming families (on farm) is 92 people or 84.40 percent and the allocation of labor for farming families outside agriculture (non farm) is 17 people or 15.60 percent. The potential workforce for farming families is 29,980 HKSP/year. The average allocation for labor for farming families during the rejuvenation period on farms (on farm) was 232.63 HOK/year and the average allocation for labor for farming families during the rejuvenation period outside agriculture (non farm) was 84.13 HOK/year then the average allocation of labor on own land is 2,468.08 HOK/year. (3) Farm family labor allocation is influenced by two unaffected variables, namely education level (dummy), number of family dependents and two influential variables, namely, land area, farming experience.
