Abstract

Latar Belakang: Keluarga Berencana merupakan salah satu program pemerintah nasional yang bertujuan untuk mengontrol laju pertumbuhan penduduk dan juga untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Berkembangnya teknologi ketersedian layanan KB bagi perempuan terdapat metode kontrasepsi yang paling banyak digunakan di Indonesia adalah jenis suntik dan implant atau susuk. Kontrasepsi ini mempunyai beberapa efek samping salah satunya adalah gangguan siklus menstruasi. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada akseptor KB Hormonal Metode: metode yang digunakan adalah study kasus. Lokasi study kasus dilakukan di Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota ayu. Dengan subyek Ny.S sebagai salah satu Akseptor KB hormonal (Suntik Kb 3 bulan). Teknik pengumpulan data dari pemeriksaan fisik, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil: Asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan kasus ini adalah pemberian terapi relaksasi nafas dalam untuk mengurangi ansietas, memberikan edukasi Kesehatan untuk diagnosis kurang pengetahuan, dan mengajarkan dan mengembangkan harapan citra tubuh yag dimiliki untuk diagnose resiko gangguan citra tubuh. Kesimpulan : setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan, akseptor KB sudah tidak mengalami ansietas akibat efek samping dari KB hormonal. Kata Kunci: Akseptor KB, Kb Hormonal, ABSTRACK Background: Family planning is one of the national government programs that aims to control the rate of population growth and also to improve the quality of human resources. The development of technology for the availability of family planning services for women means that the most widely used contraceptive methods in Indonesia are injections and implants. This contraceptive has several side effects, one of which is disruption of the menstrual cycle. Destination: The aim of the study was to provide nursing care for acceptors of hormonal family planning Method: The method used is case study. The location of the case study was carried out at the Putri Ayu Health Center in Kota Ayu. With the subject Mrs.S as one of the acceptors of hormonal birth control (3 months injection). Data collection techniques from physical examination, observation, interviews and documentation. Result: The nursing care provided in this case was the provision of deep breathing relaxation therapy to reduce anxiety, providing health education for the diagnosis of lack of knowledge, and teaching and developing body image expectations for diagnosing the risk of body image disturbance. conclusions: after nursing care, family planning acceptors no longer experience anxiety due to side effects of hormonal birth control.
