Abstract

This study aimed to investigate Teaching and Learning Method After Pandemic Covid -19 Eras: Lecturers and Students’s Voices This study was conducted at Batanghari University Jambi City. The researcher applied a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative design. The data for this study were collected using a semi-structured interview. The interview was conducted with two lecturers and six students as the participants. The data were analyzed using: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This study discovered the teaching and learning method after pandemic Covid- 19 Eras. The result of this study revealed lecturers and students are tend to about teaching and learning method in offline learning rather than online; it can be seen the lecturers and students comfortable to face teaching and learning in offline but online also can be contributed as a mean for teaching and learning method in the particular condition then there is urgently lecturer cannot present in offline learning due to urgent situation such as bad weather, an urgent event in the middle teaching and learning, and so on. Nevertheless, the lecturers and students’s performance are generally good either in offline learning or online learning after pandemic covid -19 eras.
