Abstract

Latar belakang skripsi ini mengeksplorasi pandangan guru terhadap pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Negeri 1 Bungo, bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilannya. Penelitian ini penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi kurikulum tersebut di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah pihak sekolah yang terlibat dalam proses pengimplementasian Kurikulum Merdeka, yakni Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, tim pengawas P5, guru penggerak, dan guru sehingga mendapatkan 4 sampel informan dengan menggunakan teknik Sampling Purposive. Informasi penelitian didapatkan melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Data yang diperoleh tersebut dianalisis melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik untuk mendapatkan keabsahan data. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan suatu permasalahan dalam data yang diperoleh melalui langkah-langkah yang dikemukakan oleh Miles dan Huberman (1992), yakni: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, analisis data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi guru terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Negeri 1 Bungo menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum ini memberikan perhatian yang kuat terhadap pengembangan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembelajaran, sejalan dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional untuk membentuk generasi yang memiliki profil pelajar Pancasila. The background of this thesis explores teachers' views on the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Bungo, aiming to identify factors that influence its success. This research is important to improve the effectiveness of the curriculum's implementation at the school. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data sources of this research are school parties involved in the process of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, namely the Deputy Principal for Curriculum, the P5 supervisory team, the driving teacher, and the teacher so that 4 informant samples are obtained using the Purposive Sampling technique. Research information is obtained through data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and document studies. The data obtained was analyzed through source triangulation and technique triangulation to obtain data validity. This research describes a problem in the data obtained through the steps proposed by Miles and Huberman (1992), namely: data collection, data reduction, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that teachers' perceptions of the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in SMA Negeri 1 Bungo show that this curriculum gives strong attention to the development of Pancasila values in learning, in line with the objectives of national education to form a generation that has a Pancasila student profile.
