Abstract

Penelitian ini akan membahas interpretasi isi Prasasti Incung Tanduk Kerbau Nomor Inventaris 07.02 dalam aspek historis dan sosial, dengan mengalih aksarakan ulang isi prasasti dan mengalih bahasakan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Prasasti ini sebelumnya pernah diteliti, akan tetapi hanya sebatas alih aksara sahaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pada umumnya penelitian, seperti pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, analisis data, interpretasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil interpretasi data dari penelitian ini, bahwa prasasti ini berasal dari akhir abad ke-19 hingga 20 Masehi dimana isinya merupakan sumpah setia kepada aturan yang dibuat oleh depati. This research will discuss the interpretation of the contents of the Incung Buffalo Horn Inscription Inventory Number 07.02 in historical and social aspects, by re-literating the contents of the inscription and translating it into Indonesian. This inscription has previously been studied, but only to the extent of transferring the characters. The methods used are general research methods, such as data collection, data processing, data analysis, data interpretation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data interpretation from this research, this inscription originates from the end of the 19th to 20th century AD, where its contents are an oath of allegiance to the rules made by the depati.
