Abstract

ABSTRACT The quality of services affects the satisfaction of KUD Marga Jaya members, indicators of service quality such as tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out the quality of services provided by KUD Marga Jaya to its members. 2) to determine the level of satisfaction of KUD Marga Jaya members. 3) to determine the relationship between service quality and member satisfaction of KUD Marga Jaya. The research was conducted from January to February 2023, in Petaling Jaya village, Sungai Gelam sub-district, Muaro Jambi district. Respondents totaled 73 people who were members of 3 farmer groups and used the census method. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and chi-square test analysis. From the results of the analysis and discussion description, it can be concluded as follows: 1) The quality of KUD Marga Jaya services in Petaling Jaya Village, Sungai Gelam District, Muaro Jambi Regency is classified as high. 2) Member satisfaction is classified as satisfied or positive regarding the quality of services provided. 3) Based on the chi-square test that has been carried out, there is a real satisfaction relationship between the quality of services and the satisfaction of KUD Marga Jaya members.
