Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan Melihat Harapan Kinerja dan Harapan Usaha Guru dalam Menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dengan Pendekatan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 28/IV Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan observasi dan wawancara guru di SDN 28/IV Kota Jambi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tercapainya 2 komponen dari model Unified Theory Of Acceptance and Use Of Technology (UTAUT) dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu harapan kinerja dan harapan usaha. Aspek harapan kinerja memberi manfaat dalam peoses pembelajaran, membantu dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, guru menjadi lebih produktif, guru menjadi lebih inovatif, guru menjadi lebih kreatif serta meningkatkan kolaborasi antar guru. Dalam aspek harapan usaha dengan pengguaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) mempermudah guru dalam pembelajaran, mempermudah guru dalam merancang perangkat pembelajaran, pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien serta lebih jelas dan mudah dimengerti. This study aims to see the performance expectations and effort expectations of teachers in using information and communication technology (ICT) with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) approach. This research was conducted at State Elementary School 28 / IV Jambi City. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study research type. Research data were obtained by observing and interviewing teachers at SDN 28/IV Jambi City. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the achievement of 2 components of the Unified Theory Of Acceptance and Use Of Technology (UTAUT) model in the use of information and communication technology (ICT) by teachers in the learning process, namely performance expectations and effort expectations. The performance expectation aspect provides benefits in the learning process, helps in achieving learning objectives, teachers become more productive, teachers become more innovative, teachers become more creative and increase collaboration between teachers. In the aspect of business expectations, the use of information and communication technology (ICT) makes it easier for teachers to learn, makes it easier for teachers to design learning tools, learning becomes more effective and efficient and clearer and easier to understand.
