Abstract

Berdasarkan permasalahan yang teridentifikasi dilapangan bahwa terdapat kinerja yang masih terdapat terpenuhi dengan baik maka adanya beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi yaitu kualitas kerja, kecepatan dan ketepatan, Inisiatif dalam bekerja, kemampuan kerja, dan komunikasi, serta terdapat permasalahan pada motivasi kerja guru yang menimbulkan kinerja bekerja. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dan menggunakan pendekatan survey sebagai desain peneltiain Penelitian ini berfokus pada kinerja guru dan subjeknya adalah guru yang bekerja di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode total sampling untuk mengumpulkan data. Kuesioner diberikan kepada guru melalui google form dalam sampel 75 orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada model summary diperoleh angka angka R square sebesar 0,126 atau 12,6 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kepuasaan kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 12,6%.(2) Hasil perhitungan pada model summary diperoleh angka R Square sebesar 0,255 atau 25,5%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 25,5%. (3) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada model summary diperoleh angka R Square sebesar 0,308 atau 30,8%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) antara kepuasaan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 30,8% dan sisanya 69,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain dan tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasaan kerja dan motivasi kerja mengalami peningkatan secara bersama, maka kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Jambi juga akan meningkat. Guru memiliki positif dan keadaan sikap yang baik terhadap sekolah, motivasi kepada guru yang kinerjanya baik, sehingga kinerja guru di sekolah baik untuk bekerja. The research aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Jambi City. This research uses a quantitative approach and uses a survey approach as a research design. This research focuses on teacher performance and the subjects are teachers who work at SMA Negeri 2 Jambi City. This research uses a total sampling method to collect data. Questionnaires were given to teachers via Google Form in a sample of 75 teachers. The research results show that: (1) Based on the calculation results in the summary model, the R square figure is 0.126 or 12.6%. This shows that there is an influence between job satisfaction and teacher performance of 12.6%. (2) The results of calculations in the summary model show an R Square figure of 0.255 or 25.5%. This shows that there is an influence of work motivation on teacher performance of 25.5%. (3) Based on the calculation results in the summary model, the R Square figure is 0.308 or 30.8%. This shows that there is a simultaneous influence between job satisfaction and work motivation on teacher performance of 30.8% and the remaining 69.2% is influenced by other variables and is not examined in this research.
