Abstract

Penelitian mengenai layanan sarana prasarana dan citra sekolah terhadap kepuasan siswa penting dilakukan karena hal ini dapat memberikan wawasan tentang seberapa baik infrastruktur sekolah mempengaruhi pengalaman belajar siswa dengan memahami faktor-faktor ini, sekolah dapat meningkatkan kondisi fisik dan persepsi siswa untuk mendukung kepuasan dan kesejahteraan mereka secara keseluruhan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel mengenai Layanan sarana prasarana dan citra sekolah terhadap kepuasan siswa SMA Negeri 4 Kota Jambi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Jambi pada bulan Mei 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif ex post facto, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket secara langsung di kelas kepada siswa dengan jumlah populasi penelitian pada kelas 12 SMA Negeri 4 Kota Jambi sebanyak 80 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinaritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis regresi sederhana, uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antar variabel layanan sarana prasarana dan citra sekolah terhadap kepuasan siswa. Diperoleh nilai thitung pada variabel layanan sarana prasarana (X1) memiliki thitung sebesar 9.185 bertanda positif, dan nilai ttabel 1,990. Dan dari perhitungan thitung variabel citra sekolah (X2) memiliki thitung 15.410 bertanda positif, sedangkan ttabel sebesar 1,990 karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 15.410>1,990, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara layanan sarana prasarana dan citra sekolah terhadap kepuasan siswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan sarana prasarana yang baik membantu terhadap peningkatan citra sekolah sebagai pedoman untuk meningkatkan kepuasan siswa. Jika siswa mendapatkan layanan sarana pprasarana yang baik seperti memberikan fasilitas yang berkualitas, lengkap dan mampu memotivasi siswa untuk lebih bersemangat dalam belajar, agar dapat mengoptimalkan kepuasan siswa dengan baik. Research on infrastructure services and school image on student satisfaction is important because this can provide insight into how well school infrastructure influences students' learning experiences. By understanding these factors, schools can improve students' physical conditions and perceptions to support their overall satisfaction and well-being. Whole This research aims to determine the influence between variables regarding Infrastructure services and school image on student satisfaction at SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City in May 2024. This research is an ex post facto quantitative research, the data collection tool uses questionnaires directly in class to students with a total research population in class 12 of SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City of 80 students. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple regression analysis test, Sobel test. The results of this research show that there is a simultaneous influence between variables infrastructure services and school image on student satisfaction. Obtained The tcount value for the infrastructure services variable (X1) has a tcount of 9.185 has a positive sign, and the ttable value is 1.990. And from the calculation of tcount the school image variable (X2) has a tcount of 15,410 which is positive, while ttable is 1.990 because tcount is greater than ttable, namely 15,410>1.990, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So there is a significant influence between infrastructure services and school image on student satisfaction. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the infrastructure services are good help towards improving the school's image as a guide for increase student satisfaction. If students receive good infrastructure services, such as providing quality, complete and capable facilities motivate students to be more enthusiastic in learning, so that they can optimize student satisfaction well
