Abstract

Latar Belakang : Tuberkulosis diakibatkan oleh infeksi bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis dan biasanya berfisat kronis. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pengobatan tahap intensif dan lanjutan yang diharapkan terdapat peningkatan kebugaran pulmonari pada penderitanya. Pemantauan peningkatan kebugaran pulmonari sangat penting dilakukan salah satunya dengan metode uji jalan enam menit. Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan jarak tempuh uji jalan enam menit antara pasien tuberkulosis fase pengobatan intensif dengan pasien tuberkulosis fase pengobatan lanjutan pada uji jalan enam menit. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penulis mengumpulkan data primer dengan pemeriksaan langsung kepada pasien tuberkulosis dengan total sampel 40 sampel. Selanjutnya, data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS untuk mengetahui perbedaan jarak tempuh uji jalan enam menit antara pasien tuberkulosis. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan Uji Mann-Whitney, dapat dilihat bahwa nilai P Value 0,112 atau lebih besar dari 0,05 ( > 0,05 ) maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Tidak didapatkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara jarak tempuh uji jalan enam menit pasien tuberkulosis fase pengobatan intensif dengan fase pengobatan lanjutan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Way Halim Kota Bandar Lampung. Kesimpulan : Tidak didapatkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara jarak tempuh uji jalan enam menit antara pasien tuberkulosis fase pengobatan intensif dengan fase pengobatan lanjutan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Way Halim Kota Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Tuberkulosis, Uji jalan enam menit Background: Tuberculosis is caused by infection with the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis and is usually chronic. Therefore, intensive and advanced treatment is needed so that it is hoped that there will be an increase in pulmonary fitness in sufferers. Monitoring the increase in pulmonary fitness is very important, one of which is using the six-minute walk test method. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the difference in distance traveled on the six-minute walk test between tuberculosis patients in the intensive treatment phase and tuberculosis patients in the advanced treatment phase in the six-minute walk test. Method: This research is an analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The author collected primary data by direct examination of tuberculosis patients with a total of 40 samples. Next, the data was processed using the SPSS application to determine the difference in distance traveled in the six-minute walk test between tuberculosis patients. Results: After carrying out the Mann-Whitney Test, it can be seen that the asymp. Sig. 0.112 or greater than 0.05 (> 0.05), it can be concluded that although there is a difference between the distance traveled for the six-minute walk test in the intensive and advanced treatment stages, the difference is not significant between. Conclusion: There was no significant difference between the distance traveled in the six-minute walk test between tuberculosis patients in the intensive treatment phase and tuberculosis patients in the advanced treatment phase in the six-minute walk test.
