Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan e-komik disetiap langkah model Hannafin & Peck, untuk mengetahui kelayakan, penilaian guru dan respon siswa terhadap e-komik berorientasi kemampuan kognitif dengan pendekatan kontekstual pada materi hidrolisis garam. Menggunakan model pengembangan Hannafin & Peck, instrumen penelitian berupa wawancara dan angket. Dalam pengembangan ini jenis data yang diambil adalah mix method. Pada penelitian ini uji coba produk dikakukan hanya uji coba kelompok kecil pada siswa kelas XI Fase F2 SMAN 7 Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh rata-rata skor 4,3 berada pada kategori “Sangat Layak”. Hasil validasi ahli media diperoleh rata-rata skor 4,3 berada pada kategori “Sangat Layak”. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian guru rata-rata skor 4,3 dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” dan respon siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil menunjukkan kategori “Sangat Baik” dengan persentase 89,1%. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media pembelajaran e-komik memenuhi kriteria sebagai media pembelajaran yang baik The development research aims to identify the development process of e-comics at every step of the Hannafin & Peck model, to determine the qualifications, evaluations of teachers and student responses to e-Comics based on cognitive abilities with a contextual approach on salt hydrolysis material. In this development, the type of data taken is the mix method. In this development, the product was tested only in limited group trials on students of the XI grade Phase F2 SMAN 7 Jambi City. Based on result of material valid test, obtained a score of 4.3 with “Very Feasible”categories. The result of media valid test obtained a 4.3 score in the categories “Very Feasible.” The teacher’s aseessment average score is 4.3 in the “Very Feasible” category and the limited trial was conducted to the small group indicates that the category is “Very Eligible” with a percentage of 89.1%. From these results, it can be concluded that e-comic learning media meets the criteria as a good learning media.
