Abstract

Kesehatan adalah hak asasi manusia dan setiap individu, setiap keluarga, dan setiap komunitas berhak untuk melindunginya. Pemerintah mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk mengatur dan melindungi hak atas kesehatan masyarakat yang optimal. Tanggung jawab negara adalah menyediakan fasilitas kesehatan yang memadai dan mudah diakses bagi warganya. Puskesmas Batin XXIV sebagai lembaga yang menangani permasalahan di tingkat kecamatan perlu memberikan perhatian untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Oleh karena itu, meskipun pedomannya dapat diberikan melalui Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 43 Tahun 2019, namun dalam penerapannya terdapat beberapa indikator bermasalah yang menghambat kinerja puskesmas, seperti komunikasi dan sumber daya. Dalam memberikan pelayanan, Puskesmas Batin XXIV telah memenuhi misinya, namun beberapa prinsip pelayanan publik masih perlu diperhatikan yakni: respon masyarakat serta perbaikan fasilitas dan peralatan untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan. Jika hal ini diselesaikan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 43 Tahun 2019, tentu kinerja lembaga ini akan terus mengalami kemajuan. Health is a human right and every individual, every family and every community has the right to protect it. The government has the responsibility to regulate and protect the right to optimal public health. The state's responsibility is to provide adequate and easily accessible health facilities for its citizens. Batin XXIV Community Health Center as an institution that handles problems at the sub-district level needs to pay attention to overcoming existing problems. Therefore, although guidelines can be provided through Minister of Health Decree Number 43 of 2019, in their implementation there are several problematic indicators that hinder the performance of community health centers, such as communication and resources. In providing services, Puskesmas Batin XXIV has fulfilled its mission, however several principles of public service still need to be considered, namely: community response and improvement of facilities and equipment to maximize service. If this is resolved and implemented properly in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation Number 43 of 2019, of course the performance of this institution will
