Analisis Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Di Kelas VIII SMP Baiturrahim Jambi: Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, FKIP Universitas Jambi, Pembimbing: (I) Drs. Arrpizal, M.Pd., (II) Novia Sri Dwijayanti, S.Pd., M.Pd., Kata kunci: Implementasi, Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, IPS Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Proses perencanaan implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas VIII SMP Baiturrahim Jambi, 2) Proses penerapan implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas VIII SMP Baiturrahim Jambi, 3) Proses evaluasi implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas VIII SMP Baiturrahim Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengambil objek SMP Baiturrahim Jambi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, guru IPS, dan siswa kelas VIII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada perencanaan guru belum sepenuhnya membuat modul ajar yang sesuai, guru masih kesulitan untuk pembuatan modul ajar dan masih kurangnya sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan workshop untuk pembuatan modul ajar ini. Pada penerapan guru telah menerapkan pembelajaran dengan 3 kegiatan, yaitu pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup, guru masih melakukan metode ceramah yang membuat pembelajaran monoton. Kendala yang dialami guru adalah belum melaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, masih kebingungan untuk membuat assemen diagnostik, kurangnya fasilitas dan bahan ajar, serta keaktifan siswa. Pada projek P5 telah terlaksana dengan baik di sekolah. Pada evaluasi penilaian diambil dari assemen formatif dan sumatif. Kendala yang dialami guru adalah masih kesulitan untuk memahami praktek penilaian yang sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Anjelina, Salsabila. 2024. Arrpizal, M.Pd., (II) Novia Sri Dwijayanti, S.Pd., M.Pd., Keywords: Implementation, Independent Learning Curriculum, Social Studies This research aims to describe: 1) The planning process for implementing an independent learning curriculum in social studies subjects in class VIII of Baiturrahim Jambi Junior High School, 2) The process of implementing the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in social studies subjects in class VIII of Baiturrahim Jambi Junior High School, 3) The evaluation process of the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in social studies subjects in class VIII of Baiturrahim Jambi Junior High School. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by taking the object of Baiturrahim Jambi Junior High School. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study were the principal, deputy head of curriculum, social studies teacher, and grade VIII students. The results showed that in planning the teacher had not fully made the appropriate teaching module, the teacher still had difficulty making teaching modules and there was still a lack of socialization, training, and workshops for making this teaching module. In the application, the teacher has implemented learning with 3 activities, namely introduction, core, and closing, the teacher still uses the lecture method which makes learning monotonous. The obstacles experienced by teachers are not yet implementing differentiated learning, still confused about making diagnostic assessments, lack of facilities and teaching materials, and student activeness. The P5 project has been well implemented at school. The assessment evaluation is taken from formative and summative assessments. The obstacle experienced by teachers is that it is still difficult to understand the practice of assessment in accordance with the independent learning curriculum.
