Abstract
Abstrak Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik, Guru, Pembelajaran IPAS, Sekolah Dasar Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memdeskripsikan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembelajaran IPAS kelas IV di SD Negeri 36/I Kilangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 36/I Kilangan pada semester ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru wali kelas IV, kepala sekolah dan peserta didik kelas IV. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Validitas data diuji dengan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki guru wali kelas IV dalam pembelajaran IPAS secara keseluruhan sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa indikator yaitu: 1) Kemampuan guru dalam memahami karakteristik peserta didik, yang ditandai dengan penerapan pembelajaran kolaboratif, bimbingan personal, mengakomodasi berbagai gaya belajar sesuai kebutuhan dan karakteristik peserta didik, serta mengidentifikasi pengetahuan awal peserta didik. 2) Kemampuan guru merancang pembelajaran IPAS, yang ditandai dengan pemahaman sistematis guru dalam dalam penyusunan materi dari konkret ke abstrak, modifikasi modul ajar sesuai karakteristik peserta didik, serta implementasi pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual. 3) Kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran IPAS, yang ditandai dengan terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, motivatif, dan mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. 4) Kemampuan guru dalam melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran IPAS, yang ditandai dengan penerapan berbagai metode evaluasi yang komprehensif dan sistematis. 5) Kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan potensi peserta didik, keberhasilan guru dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar guru terus mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki dengan menerapkan variasi metode pembelajaran yag inovatif dalam IPAS, meningkatkan frekuensi penilaian formatif guna memahami perkembangan peserta didik secara berkalnjutan. The location of this research was carried out at SD Negeri 36/I Kilangan in the semester odd Academic Year 2024/2025. The subject of this research is the fourth grade homeroom teacher, principal and class IV students. Research data was collected through observation, interviews and document study. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation techniques and source triangulation. The results of this research show that teachers have pedagogical competence Class IV homeroom teacher in science and science learning as a whole is good. This matter This can be seen from several indicators, namely: 1) The teacher's ability to understand characteristics of students, which are characterized by the application of learning collaborative, personalized guidance, accommodates various learning styles accordingly needs and characteristics of students, as well as identifying initial knowledge learners. 2) The teacher's ability to design science and science learning, which is marked with the teacher's systematic understanding in preparing material from concrete to the abstract, modifying teaching modules according to student characteristics, as well implementation of a contextual learning approach. 3) Teacher ability in carrying out science learning, which is characterized by the creation of an environment learning that is conducive, motivating, and capable of developing abilities students' critical thinking. 4) The teacher's ability to carry out evaluations science learning, which is characterized by the application of various evaluation methods comprehensive and systematic. 5) Teachers' ability to develop the potential of students, the success of teachers in implementing learning strategies effective and creates an inclusive learning environment. From the results of this research, it is recommended that teachers continue to develop competence pedagogy that is owned by applying a variety of learning methods innovative in IPAS, increasing the frequency of formative assessments for understanding continuous development of students.
