Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Demam Berdarah Dengue merupakan masalah kesehatan yang penularannya sangat cepat terjadi terutama pada daerah endemis di Indonesia salah satunya di Kota Jambi. Indikator kegiatan pengendalian DBD diukur dengan angka kejadian kasus per 100.000 penduduk (IR) dan angka kematian (CFR). IR pada Tahun 2018 23,28 per 100.000 penduduk dan CFR Tahun 2018 0,36%. Walaupun terjadi penurunan CFR setiap tahunnya tetapi kejadian kasus DBD dan kematian akibat penyakit DBD tetap terjadi setiap tahun di 11 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi. Metode: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis determinan kejadian Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Aur Duri Tahun 2024. Design penelitian case control, penelitian dilakukan pada bulan februari sampai September 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer tahun 2024 dengan sampel sebanyak 68 respoden. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Jenis Kelamin, Kepadatan Hunian, Kondisi Rumah, Kebiasaan Menggantung Pakaian, Perilaku 3M Plus dan Kebiasaan Membersihkan Tempat Penampungan Air. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menemukan, variable yang berhubungan dengan kejadian DBD di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Aur Duri Tahun 2024 adalah variable menggantung pakaian (p-value = 0,012); Perilaku 3M Plus (p-value = 0,001); dan kebiasaan membersihkan tempat penampungan air (p-value = 0,007). Bagi masyarakat perlu untuk selalu meningkatkan upaya perlindungan diri dan bagi pihak Puseksmas Aur Duri bisa dapat memberikan bentuk pelatihan ataupun gerakan terhadap pemberantasan atau pemutusan penularan penyakit DBD. Kata Kunci: DBD, Karakteristik, Perilaku ABSTRACT Background: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is a health problem that spreads very quickly, especially in endemic areas in Indonesia, one of which is Jambi City. Although there is a decrease in CFR every year, the incidence of dengue cases and deaths due to dengue disease still occurs every year in 11 districts/cities in Jambi Province. Method: This study aims to analyze the determinants of the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the Working Area of the Aur Duri Health Center in 2024. Case control research design, the research was conducted from February to September 2024. This study uses primary data in 2024 with a sample of 68 respoden. The variables used were Gender, Housing Density, House Condition, Clothes Hanging Habits, 3M Plus Behavior and Water Reservoir Cleaning Habits. Conclusion: This study found that the variables related to the incidence of dengue in the work area of the Aur Duri Health Center in 2024 were the variable of hanging clothes (p-value = 0.012); 3M Plus behavior (p-value = 0.001); and the habit of cleaning water reservoirs (p-value = 0.007). For the community, it is necessary to always increase self-protection efforts and for the Aur Duri Puseksmas, it can provide a form of training or movement towards eradicating or cutting off the transmission of dengue fever.
