Abstract

Abstrak Krinok merupakan salah satu kesenian vokal tradisi yang berkembang di masyarakat Bungo, Kabupaten Bungo. Saat ini Krinok sering dipertunjukan pada acara pemerintahan, hiburan masyarakat, pernikahan atau kebutuhan akademik. Perkembangan kesenian umumnya akan mengikuti proses perubahan kebudayaan suatu masyarakat. Kebutuhan masyarakat akan sebuah inovasi dalam sebuah seni tradisi membuat Krinok berevolusi menjadi seni pertujukan. Hal demikianlah yang dilihat peneliti dengan ditemukannya beberapa lagu daerah Bungo yang memiliki kemiripan dengan Krinok seperti lagu Tengah Malam. Lagu Tengah Malam merupakan lagu pop daerah yang berkembang di masyarakat Bungo, Kabupaten Bungo. Lagu Tengah Malam berasal dari ritme pantun masyarakat yang bernama Rajuk Tengah Malam. Lagu ini sering dinyanyikan oleh masyarakat di acara-acara tertentu sebagai sarana hiburan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan karakteristik Krinok dengan lagu Tengah Malam secara musikologi serta struktur musik yang terdapat pada Krinok dan lagu Tengah Malam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu survei lapangan, observasi, data musikologi dan non material musik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Krinok memiliki beberapa kemiripan dengan lagu Tengah Malam. Kemiripan musikal tersebut dilihat dari aspek horizontal musik melalui analisis struktur musik. Adanya kemiripan yang menjadikan Krinok sebagai inspirasi dari terciptanya lagu Tengah Malam musik pop daerah Kabupaten Bungo. Abstract Krinok is one of the traditional vocal arts that developed in the Bungo community, Bungo Regency. Currently, Krinok is often performed at government events, community entertainment, weddings or academic needs. The development of art will generally follow the process of changing the culture of a society. The community's need for an innovation in a traditional art made Krinok evolve into an art of performance. This is what researchers saw with the discovery of several Bungo regional songs that have similarities with Krinok such as the song Midnight. The Midnight Song is a regional pop song that develops in the community of Bungo, Bungo Regency. The song Midnight comes from the rhythm of a folk rhyme called Rajuk Tengah Malam. This song is often sung by the public at certain events as a means of entertainment. This study aims to find out the similarities and differences in the characteristics of Krinok with the song Midnight in terms of musicology as well as the musical structure found in Krinok and the song Midnight. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques including field surveys, observations, musicology data, and non-material music. The results show that Krinok has several similarities with the song Midnight. These musical similarities are seen from the horizontal aspect of music through the analysis of musical structure. The similarities position Krinok as an inspiration for the creation of the pop song Midnight from Bungo Regency.
