Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ialah kepala sekolah, wakakur, guru, dan siswa kelas XI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsaan data dilakukan dengan Triangulasi Teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) SMAN 11 Muaro Jambi sudah mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dengan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, asesmen diagnostik, formatif, dan sumatif, pembelajaran berbasis mata pelajaran, ATP dan Modul Ajar dikerjakan berkelompok. (2) problematika guru dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian pembelajaran adalah kesulitan menentukan metode dan strategi pembelajaran, minimnya kemampuan menggunakan teknologi, terbatasnya buku siswa, kurangnya kemampuan dan kesiapan menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran, menentukan proyek kelas XI, kurangnya alokasi waktu pembelajaran berbasis proyek, menentukan bentuk asesmen dan bentuk asesmen pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek. (3) upaya yang diterapkan guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar adalah pertemuan rutin dengan KKG, menggunakan buku abjad, menulis dipapan tulis, ketik, buat lembar kerja, dan membuat format untuk proyek sendiri, melanjutkan proyek di rumah, membuat catatan, dan mengikuti pelatihan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. This research aims to determine (1) the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in the Economics subject for class XI IPS at SMAN 11 Muaro Jambi, (2) the problems arising from the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in the Economics subject for class XI IPS at SMAN 11 Muaro Jambi, (3) solutions to address the problems of implementing the independent learning curriculum in the Economics subject for class XI IPS at SMAN 11 Muaro Jambi. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects of the research are the principal, vice principal, teachers, and students of class XI. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is performed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the validity of the data is tested using Technique and source Triangulation. The research findings indicate that (1) SMAN 11 Muaro Jambi has implemented the Independent Learning Curriculum with the application of project-based learning, diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, subject-based learning, group work on ATP and Teaching Modules. (2) The problems faced by teachers in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum in planning, execution, and assessment of learning include difficulties in determining learning methods and strategies, a lack of ability to use technology, limited student books, insufficient capability and readiness to use learning methods and media, determining projects for grade XI, inadequate allocation of time for project-based learning, defining the forms of assessment, and assessment types in project-based learning. (3) Efforts made by teachers to overcome the issues in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum include regular meetings with KKG, using alphabet books, writing on the board, typing, creating worksheets, and developing templates for projects at home, making notes, and attending training for the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum.
