Ak Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, MBKM, kualitas pelaksanaan, dukungan institusional Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah efektivitas program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa secara partisipatif dan berkelanjutan yang masih belum terukur secara menyeluruh, khususnya pada konteks mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi. Meskipun program ini digagas sebagai terobosan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang adaptif dan relevan dengan dunia kerja, keberhasilan implementasinya masih dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang belum sepenuhnya teridentifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa secara partisipatif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis faktor terhadap data yang dikumpulkan dari mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2021 yang telah mengikuti program MBKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua faktor utama yang memengaruhi efektivitas program MBKM. Pertama, faktor kualitas pelaksanaan program menjadi faktor yang paling dominan, dengan kontribusi varian sebesar 45,839%. Faktor ini mencakup variabel seperti varian sebesar 45,839%, mencakup variabel seperti ketepatan sasaran, minat dan motivasi, sosialisasi, kolaborasi eksternal, kurikulum yang fleksibel, kualitas pembimbingan, serta monitoring program. Sementara itu, faktor dukungan institusional, yang meliputi sarana prasarana, pendanaan, dan dukungan institusi, juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebesar 10,837%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan agar semakin meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan dan dukungan yang memadai dari institusi pendidikan untuk keberhasilan implementasi MBKM. Although this programme was conceived as an innovative approach to produce graduates who are adaptive and relevant to the job market, its implementation success is still influenced by various factors that have not been fully identified. This study aims to analyse the factors influencing the effectiveness of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) programme in enhancing students' participatory and sustainable skills. The study employs a quantitative approach using factor analysis on data collected from Economics Education students of the 2021 cohort who have participated in the MBKM programme. The results of the study indicate two main factors that influence the effectiveness of the MBKM programme. First, the quality of programme implementation is the most dominant factor, contributing 45.839% of the variance. This factor includes variables such as 45.839% variance, encompassing variables such as target accuracy, interest and motivation, socialisation, external collaboration, flexible curriculum, quality of guidance, and program monitoring. Meanwhile, the institutional support factor, which includes infrastructure, funding, and institutional support, also has a significant influence of 10.837%. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that the quality of implementation and adequate support from educational institutions will be further improved for the successful implementation of MBKM.
