Thesis, Master of Science Education Program, Jambi University, Advisor: I Dr. Dra. Zurweni, M.Sc., II Ir. Bambang Hariyadi, M.Sc, Ph.D. Interactive learning media can attract students interest in learning, especially interactive android-based learning media that is developed simply and practically because it is in the form of an application. Ethnoscience as a scientific knowledge owned by a particular society or ethnic group that has been passed down from generation to generation in a cultural group. This study aims to determine the development procedure, feasibility according to material and media experts, assessments of science teachers, levels of student ability and student responses to the development of interactive android-based learning media integrated with ethnoscience towards the development of soft skills and students scientific literacy abilities in junior high school science learning that was developed. This study is a development research using the Lee & Owens model. The data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis based on comments and suggestions, then quantitative data analysis based on the average answer score and percentage. The results of this study are that interactive android-based media integrated with ethnoscience is conceptually and procedurally feasible based on material experts obtaining a percentage of 92.64%, media experts with a percentage of 93.75%, teacher assessment with a percentage of 95.83%, one to-one tests with an average percentage of 86.7%, small group tests with an average percentage of 89%, from student responses to field trials having a percentage of 89% and media trials in improving scientific literacy having an average percentage of 93.3% and developing students soft skills with an average of 89.28%. Based on the development and results of the study, it can be concluded that interactive android-based media integrated with ethnoscience towards the development of students soft skills and literacy has met all stages of development with very good results and is effectively used in the learning process.
