Abstract

INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) di Desa Danau Lamo dalam perspektif pelayanan publik. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penguatan SID dapat mendukung pelayanan publik yang lebih baik di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran secara mendalam mengenai implementasi SID di desa tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas SID di Desa Danau Lamo masih tergolong belum optimal. Ditemukan berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, kurangnya pelatihan, minimnya pemeliharaan sistem, serta rendahnya tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap penggunaan SID. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan penguatan sistem melalui peningkatan kapasitas aparatur desa, pemeliharaan teknologi secara berkala, dan edukasi masyarakat agar SID dapat berjalan secara maksimal dan berkelanjutan dalam mendukung pelayanan publik. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Desa, Efektivitas, Pelayanan Publik, Desa Danau Lamo, Penguatan SID ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Village Information System (SID) in Danau Lamo Village from a public service perspective. The main problem in this study is how strengthening SID can support better public services at the village level. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to obtain an in-depth picture of the implementation of SID in the village. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of SID in Danau Lamo Village is still not optimal. Various obstacles were found such as limited human resources, lack of training, minimal system maintenance, and low levels of public understanding of the use of SID. Therefore, system strengthening is needed by increasing the capacity of village officials, periodic technology maintenance, and community education so that SID can run optimally and sustainably in supporting public services.
