Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen kurikulum sekolah inklusi diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi yang diteliti adalah SD Negeri 131/IV Kota Jambi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas inklusi, guru pendamping khusus dan orang tua siswa inklusi. Hasil penelitian tentang Manajemen Kurikulum Sekolah Inklusi di SD Negeri 131/IV Kota Jambi, yaitu: 1) Kurikulum yang digunakan pada SD Negeri 131/IV adalah kurikulum nasional (Kurikulum Merdeka) yang dimana siswa ABK tetap mengikuti kurikulum siswa reguler, tetapi dalam proses pembelajarannya untuk siswa ABK lebih diringankan. 2) Organisasi kurikulum sekolah inklusi sudah berjalan cukup baik terutama dalam penyelesaian permasalahan pembelajaran dengan adanya komunikasi yang efektif, struktur organisasi sekolah juga sudah menunjukkan struktur organisasi yang jelas. 3) Pelaksanaan kurikulum inklusi pada dasarnya berjalan lancar dengan pola yang sama seperti siswa reguler, namun tetap diberikan pendampingan oleh shadow teacher. 4) Pengawasan manajemen kurikulum inklusi telah berjalan lebih intensif dibandingkan dengan peserta didik reguler, yang dimana evaluasi siswa ABK dilakukan setiap bulan.   The purpose of this study is to determine and describe how the inclusive school curriculum management is implemented. This study uses a case study research method with a qualitative approach. The location studied is SD Negeri 131/IV Jambi City. The subjects in this study were the principal, inclusive class teachers, special assistant teachers and parents of inclusive students. The results of the study on Inclusive School Curriculum Management at SD Negeri 131/IV Jambi City, namely: 1) The curriculum used at SD Negeri 131/IV is the national curriculum (Independent Curriculum) where students with special needs still follow the regular student curriculum, but in the learning process for students with special needs is more relaxed. 2) The organization of the inclusive school curriculum has been running quite well, especially in solving learning problems with effective communication, the school organizational structure has also shown a clear organizational structure. 3) The implementation of the inclusive curriculum basically runs smoothly with the same pattern as regular students, but is still provided with assistance by shadow teachers. 4) Supervision of inclusive curriculum management has been carried out more intensively compared to regular students, where evaluations of students with special needs are carried out every month.
