Abstract
Traffic accidents are not solely caused by the driver's factor, there are several other factors that affect traffic accidents such as environmental factors, road conditions, weather, and traffic density. Additionaly, it is also influenced by vehicle eligibility factors as well as the ability of the driver and driver discipline. The results of research showed that the largest percentage of traffic violations by the driver factor 90% were teenagers. Just as so too the death rate from traffic accidents among students reached 60%. Intended for improve the traffic orderly among students, legal counseling on improving traffic order among students was carried out at the first high school in Sungai Penuh City, especially at SMPN 5 Kota Sungai Penuh.
