Abstract

Abstract Background Rear: Sach year the incidence of disasters in Indonesia is changing. These disasters include landslides, floods, forest fires, and earthquakes and others that occur in various areas . The number of disaster events cannot be separated from the role of the community, so it is necessary to provide education to the community and children's age groups to reduce the occurrence of disasters and the impact of disasters. This study aims to determine the value of students' pretest and posttest knowledge in flood and landslide disaster management and analyze the provision of education after and after providing disaster management education. Research method : Quasi-experimental method with pretest and posttest with control approaches is filtered. The research was conducted by giving different treatment to two groups. Research Results : The results show that there is a significant difference between the knowledge of pretest and post t test on flood and landslide disaster management in Sarolangun district . The value obtained in the pretest average level of knowledge is 64 , 64 and the value of protest average level of knowledge is 81.32, Conclusion: Value pretest 64.64, with the result the percentage of > 70% can be said to be less, Value posttest 81.32, with the result the percentage of 80% can be in Boston will be good .and it can be said that there is a mean difference between pretest value and the value of the posttest . Keywords :. Disaster Management, Education, Students Abstrak Latar Belakang : Setiap tahun angka kejadian bencana di Indonesia mengalami perubahan. Bencana ini meliputi tanah longsor, banjir, kebakaran hutan, dan gempa bumi dan lain- lain nya yang terjadi di berbagai daerah. Banyak nya kejadian bencana tidak lepas dari peran masyarakat dengan itu di perlukan pemberian edukasi kepada masyarakat dan kelompok usia anak untuk mengurangi terjadi nya bencana dan dampak terjadi nya bencana.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai pengetahuan pretest dan posttes pelajar dalam penanggulangan bencana banjir dan longsor dan menganalisi pemberian edukasi setelah dan sesudah pemberian edukasi penanggulangan bencana. Metode penelitian : Metode yang dilakukan Quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest dan posttest with control disaring. Penelitian di lakukan dengan pemberian perlakuan berbeda terhadap dua kelompok. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan pretest dan posttest terhadap penanggulangan bencana pada banjir dan longsor di kabupaten Sarolangun. Adapun nilai yang di peroleh pada pretest rata – rata tingkat pengetahuan 64,64 dan nilai postest rata – rata tingkat pengetahuan adalah 81.32, Kesimpulan : Nilai pretes 64.64, dengan hasil persentasi >70% dapat dikatakan kurang, Nilai posttest 81,32, dengan hasil persentasi 80% dapat di katakan baik.dan dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rerata antara nilai pretest dan nilai posttes.
