Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this study are 1) to know and to analyze the contribution of the volume of palm oil exports to the European Union to the total exports of Indonesian palm oil in 2000-2019. 2) to analyze the effect of production, CPO prices, exchange rates and EU policies on the volume of Indonesian palm oil exports to the European Union in 2000-2019 and 3) to describe the EU's policies on Indonesian palm oil exports. The model used in this study is a multiple linear regression model. The t test results show that partially the production, CPO price, exchange rate and EU policy have an effect on the volume of Indonesian palm oil exports to the European Union. The policy set by the European Union for Indonesia's palm oil exports is the Renewable Energy Directive (RED) policy which limits the export of palm oil-based biofuels and the imposition of tariffs on Indonesia's biodiesel exports to the European Union. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Ekspor Minyak Kelapa Sawit Indonesia ke Uni Eropa”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis kontribusi volume ekspor minyak kelapa sawit ke Uni Eropa terhadap total ekspor minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia tahun 2000-2019. 2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh produksi, harga CPO, nilai tukar dan kebijakan Uni Eropa terhadap volume ekspor minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia ke Uni Eropa tahun 2000-2019 serta 3) Mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kebijakan Uni Eropa terhadap ekspor minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan uji F diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 82,36621 sedangkan nilai Ftabel sebesar 2,45, maka Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 82,36621 > 2,45 yang artinya produksi, harga CPO, nilai tukar dan kebijakan Uni Eropa secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap volume ekspor minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia ke Uni Eropa. Hasil uji t diketahui bahwa secara parsial produksi, harga CPO, nilai tukar dan kebijakan Uni Eropa berpengaruh terhadap volume ekspor minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia ke Uni Eropa dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,10 (P<0,10). Kebijakan yang ditetapkan Uni Eropa terhadap ekspor minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia adalah kebijakan Renewable Energy Directive (RED) yang membatasi ekspor biofuel berbasis kelapa sawit serta diberlakukannya tarif terhadap ekspor biodiesel Indonesia ke Uni Eropa Kata Kunci : produksi, harga CPO, nilai tukar, kebijakan Uni Eropa dan volume ekspor minyak kelapa sawit
