Abstract

Infrastructure development is something that must be done by the government to create a prosperous society, especially road construction for rural areas because the main activities of the community always require a liaison between one another. Road are also one of the factors to maintain economic stability because the wheels of the community’s economy will run smoothly if the access road that moves them is worth going through. Judging from this here the aouthor finds the road ini Harapan Makmur Village, Rantau Rasau Districk, Tanjanung Jabung Timur Regency, Jambi Province has suffered damage which is quite disturbing to the community due to road access in this village for several years The purpose of this Study is to find out to what expent the role of local goverments in creating quality road access for the community also creates a sense of security if people pass throught the road, they also want to see how the impact of the quality of the road in the nation’s economic income and whether it will be hampered both the social economy and education of the Harapan Makmur’s village. In tis Study it was found that the llocal government had made sveral efforts and village’s government had also carried out its obligations. In study author has the bad roads also effect the education and social community. Keywords : Infrastructure, Local Government, Village, Development, Community Economy.
