Abstract

Pada setiap Pembangunan proyek konstruksi tidak lepas dari berbagai macam permasalahan atau tentang penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3), Salah satunya pada proyek pembangunan suatu kontruksi Gedung, untuk itu perlu adanya Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pembangunan proyek konstruksi gendung kantor kejaksaan Aceh Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3), dan Persepsi Masyarakat pada pelaksaan proyek kontruksi tahap I. dengan melakukan studi perpustakaan dan literatur penelitian serupa yang pertanyaan mengenai Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3), dan pendapat Masyarakat pada pelaksanaan proyek kontruksi yang kemudian disusun kedalam metode IPA ((Importance-Performance Analysis) Berdasarkan analisis dengan metode IPA ((Importance-Performance Analysis) Tenaga Kerja berpendapat pada proses pembangunaan berlangsung tenaga kerja beranggapan bahwa mengunakan APD dan APK itu tidak penting dan penerapannya tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan awal, dapat dilihat dari semua proses pekerjaan berlangsung seperti (Pekerjaan Mobilisasi Material), (Pekerjaan Pembuatan Gudang, Tempat Alat-Alat dan Losmen Tenaga Kerja), (Pekerjaan Galian Tanah Basement Menggunkan Alat Berat), (Pekerjaan Beton), (Pekerjaan Bekisting), dan (Pekerjaan penulangan). Semua proses pekerjaan tersebut tenaga kerja sama sekali tidak menggunkan APD dan APK lengkap saat pekerjaan sedang berlangsung. Sedangkan Untuk Masyarakat sisa material yang berserakan dan menumpuk bagian penting dalam proses pembangunan berlangsung dengan begitu pada saat perencanaan telah mengatur semua, namun pada saat pelaksanaan tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan awal. Serta Masyarakat beranggapan tentang Limbah yang menjadi bau, kebisingan, dan getaran kurang penting bagi mereka karena tidak mengganggu lingkungan sekitar dan aktivitas mereka, serta penerapan pada saat proses proyek berlangsung terealisasikan. Every construction project development cannot be separated from various kinds of problems or regarding the implementation of the Occupational Health Safety Management System (SMK3), one of which is the construction project of a building construction, for that it is necessary to have an Occupational Health Safety Management System (SMK3). This research was conducted on the construction of the Central Aceh prosecutor's office building construction project. The study was conducted by analyzing the Occupational Health Safety Management System (SMK3), and Public Perceptions on the implementation of the construction project phase I. By conducting a library study and similar research literature that asked questions about the Occupational Health Safety Management System (SMK3), and public opinion on the implementation of construction projects that then compiled into the IPA method ((Importance-Performance Analysis) Based on the analysis using the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) method, the workforce is of the opinion that in the development process, the workforce assumes that using PPE and APK is not important and its application is not in accordance with the initial planning, it can be seen from all the work processes taking place such as (Material Mobilization Work) ), (Work on Making Warehouses, Places for Tools and Manpower Inns), (Works for Excavation of Basement Using Heavy Equipment), (Concrete Works), (Formwork), and (Reinforcement work). do not use complete PPE and APK when the work is in progress. As for the community, the rest of the material that is scattered and piled up important parts in the development process takes place that way at the time of planning everything has been arranged, but at the time of implementation it is not in accordance with the initial planning. And the community thinks about Waste that becomes smelly, to noise, and vibration are less important to them because they do not interfere with the surrounding environment and their activities, as well as the implementation during the project process is realized
