Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Dermatitis kontak (DK) adalah suatu peradangan kulit yang disertai dengan adanya spongiosis/edema intraseluler pada epidermis karena kulit berinteraksi dengan bahan yang berkontak atau terpajan pada kulit. Dermatitis kontak dikenal dengan dua macam, yaitu dermatitis kontak iritan (DKI) dan dermatitis kontak alergik (DKA). Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan retrospektif yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang menggambarkan suatu fenomena yang terjadi dalam suatu kelompok subjek tertentu yang pengukurannya dilakukan hanya satu kali. Subjek penelitian adalah pasien dermatitis kontak dengan rentang tahun 2015-2018. Pengambilan data dilakukan di instalasi Rekam Medik RSUD Raden Mattaher dan RSUD Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian dari 157 pasien, didapatkan berdasarkan jenis kelamin, kasus dermatitis kontak pada perempuan adalah yang terbanyak yaitu berjumlah 90 pasien (57,3%). Berdasarkan usia, dermatitis kontak yang paling sering terjadi pada kelompok usia 31 – 40 yaitu 43 pasien (27,4%). Berdasarkan jenis pekerjaan, dermatitis kontak paling banyak dialami oleh pelajar yaitu 41 pasien (26,3%). Berdasarkan riwayat kontak, deterjen merupakan dugaan penyebab dermatitis kontak terbanyak (20,4%). Berdasarkan lokasi yang paling sering adalah pada tangan (34,4%). Dan jenis efloresensi, eritema merupakan jenis efloresensi yang paling sering terjadi pada penderita dermatitis kontak (35,7%). Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian, gambaran pasien dermatitis kontak terbanyak adalah pada perempuan, rentang usia 31-40 tahun, paling banyak mengenai pelajar, riwayat kontak terbanyak adalah karena terpapar deterjen, lokasi yang paling sering terpapara adalah tangan, serta eritema merupakan jenis efloresensi yang paling sering terjadi. ABSTRACT Background: Contact dermatitis (DK) is an inflammation of the skin that is accompanied by intracellular spongiosis / edema in the epidermis because the skin interacts with materials that are in contact or exposed to the skin. There are two types of contact dermatitis which irritant contact dermatitis (DKI) and allergic contact dermatitis (DKA). Method: This study was a descriptive study. The subjects for this study were medical records of contact dermatitis patients with a range of 2015-2018. Data were collected at the installation of medical records at the Raden Mattaher Regional Hospital and the Abdul Manap Regional Hospital, Jambi City. Results: The results of 157 patients, based on gender, the most cases of contact dermatitis in female were 90 patients (57.3%). Based on age, contact dermatitis most often occurred at the age of 31 - 40 years old, which 43 patients (27.4%). Based on what they work, contact dermatitis was mostly experienced by students, which 41 patients (26.3%). Based on contact history, detergent is the most suspected cause of contact dermatitis (20.4%). Based on the location, the most frequently was on the hand (34.4%). And based on the type of efflorescence, erythema is a type of efflorescence that most often occurs in patients with contact dermatitis (35.7%). Conclusion: Based on the study, the most common gender was in female, mostly found at the age of 31-40 years old, mostly infecting students, most contact history was due to exposure to detergents, the most frequently exposed locations were hands, and erythema was the most common type of efflorescence.
