Abstract

The Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-Dana Desa) is one of the assistance programs issued by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic which is aimed to help Indonesian who affected by the pandemic in very village, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Minister No. 6 of 2020 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds. This research was located in Jebak Village, Muara Tembesi District. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Village Fund Direct Assistance Program (BLT-Dana Desa) is implemented for Indonesians eho affected by Covid-19. In general, that aspects include the implementation of the BLT-Dana Desa program and the biggest obstacles in the implementation of its distribution based on the four indicators of policy implementation by George C. Edward III’s theory. Namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the distribution of the BLT-Dana Desa program has been carried out quite well but its implementation has not gone well.
