Abstract
KEMAMPUAN MENULIS NARASI EKSPOSITORIS BERDASARKAN TEKS WAWANCARA SISWA SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 11MUARO JAMBI TAHUN AJARAN 201/2017 Pahyuma putri, Imam siswandi wibowo, Agus setyonegoro* FKIP Universitas Jambi ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the ability to write an expository narrative based on the text of the interview of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi. The method used in this research is descriptive method and quantitative approach. It is said descriptive research because this study aims to describe objectively what it is in accordance with the facts that exist, which will be described in this research is the ability to write narrative expository based on text interviews of students of class VII of Junior High School 11 Muaro Jambi. From the results of data processing, it can be known the quality of students' ability in writing narrative expository based on interview text in this research is able. The results of this study consist of highly capable, capable and quite capable. The ability of students with predicate very capable, ie with interval 86-100 there are 5 students. Ability of students with predicate able, that is with interval of 70-85 there are 14 student. Ability of students with predicate enough capable, that is with interval 50-69 there is 1 student. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the ability to write narrative expository based on the text of the interview of the seventh grade students of Junior High School 11 Muaro Jambi academic year 2016/2017 based on predicate capable text interviews. This is evidenced by the acquisition of an average value of 80. Viewed in the conversion table value, the value is at the interval 70-85. The value interval according to the value conversion table is qualified. The suggestion in this research is that Indonesian language junior teachers especially Junior High School 11 Muaro Jambi need to improve their teaching in writing expository narrative by guided and coached, so that in the future will still have the ability to write good expository narrative.
