Abstract

Anura adalah ordo yang paling umum dijumpai di Indonesia dan terdiri dari 6.525 spesies, 438 marga, 55 famili. Amfibi memiliki sensitivitas terhadap anomali lingkungan termasuk perubahan penggunaan lahan dengan skala besar, selain itu amfibi sensitif terhadap perubahan kelembaban lingkungan, serta suhu ini karena amfibi tidak dapat merubah suhu tubuhnya. Alasan yang paling tepat mengapa menjadikan amfibi sebagai bioindikator adalah amfibi (ordo anura) menghabiskan satu bagian dari hidupnya di perairan kemudian satu bagian lagi berada di daratan. Ini berarti satu perubahan faktor lingkungan saja akan berdampak pada amfibi. Sejak kawasan ini ditetapkan sebagai Tahura pada tahun 2001, luasan Taman Hutan Raya Sultan Thaha Syaifuddin terus terjadi deforestasi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan November hingga Desember 2021 di Tahura Sultan Thaha Syaifuddin. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian inventarisasi amfibi (ordo anura) ini adalah metode Visual Encounter Survey (VES) (Heyer et al., 1994). metode VES akan dikombinasikan dengan metode transek garis dengan penempatan jalur pengamatan akan ditentukan secara Purposive, mempertimbangkan tipe habitat. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan ditemukan sebanyak 317 individu dan 18 spesies dari 5 famili. Diketahui famili yang paling banyak dijumpai adalah dari Ranidae dan Dicroglosidae yang ditemukan di seluruh wilayah pengamatan. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan selama penelitian di lapangan ditemukan suhu udara relatif antara 24,4℃-26,1℃ dan suhu air relatif berkisar 25,1℃ - 27,6℃. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada Kawasan Tahura STS ditemukan sebanyak 317 individu yang tediri dari 18 jenis dari 5 famili. Amphibians are sensitive to environmental anomalies, including changes in land use on a large scale, besides that amphibians are sensitive to changes in environmental humidity, and this temperature is because amphibians cannot change their body temperature. The most appropriate reason why using amphibians as bioindicators is that amphibians (order anura) spend one part of their life in water and the other part on land. This means that a single change in environmental factors will have an impact on amphibians. Since this area was designated as Tahura in 2001, the area of the Sultan Thaha Syaifuddin Grand Forest Park has continued to experience high deforestation. This research was conducted from November to December 2021 at the Sultan Thaha Syaifuddin Tahura. The method used for this amphibian inventory research (order anura) is the Visual Encounter Survey (VES) method (Heyer et al., 1994). The VES method will be combined with the line transect method with the placement of the observation paths will be determined purposively, taking into account the type of habitat. Based on the results of observations found as many as 317 individuals and 18 species from 5 families. It is known that the most common families found were Ranidae and Dicroglosidae which were found throughout the observation area. Based on the results of measurements made during the research in the field, it was found that the relative air temperature was between 24.4℃-26.1℃ and the relative water temperature was in the range of 25.1℃ - 27.6℃. Based on research that has been carried out in the STS Tahura Area, it was found as many as 317 individuals consisting of 18 species from 5 families.
