Abstract
Danau Tangkas terletak di dua desa yaitu Desa Tanjung Lanjut Kecamatan Sekernan Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dan Desa Kaos Kecamatan Pemayung Kabupaten Batanghari. Penamaan danau Tangkas diambil dari nama Desa Tanjung Lanjut dan Kaos karena letaknya berada di kedua wilayah administratif desa tersebut. Wisata Danau Tangkas ini membentuk memanjang yang memiliki luasan 403,11 Ha yang masih alami. Danau Tangkas memiliki daya tarik tersendiri dengan tumbuhnya pohon putat yang bunganya berwarna merah yang mekar dan gugur sekitar bulan Juli sampai Agustus setiap tahun. Danau Tangkas terkenal dengan keindahan hutan di atas air yang diberi nama hutan liontin. Jalur track hutan liontin ini ditumbuhi oleh ribuan pohon putat, pengunjung juga bisa melintasi track hutan liontin yang cukup panjang tersebut menggunakan perahu tradisional. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan selama ±2 bulan, yaitu pada Bulan November – Desember 2021.Pada lokasi 1 (Pulau Tepus), metode analisis vegetasi yang digunakan adalah kombinasi jalur dan garis berpetak dengan panjang jalur mengikuti panjang jalur Pulau Tepus. Berdasarkan kondisi di lapangan di pulau tepus dibuat 2 buah jalur dengan jarak antar jalur 20 m. Jalur 1 panjangnya 80 m, dengan petak 20 x 20 m maka terdapat 4 petak pengamatan. Jalur ke 2 panjangnya 40 m, berarti terdapat 2 petak pengamatan Pengamatan stadia semai, pancang dan tiang dilakukan pada petak 20 x 20 m (Indriyanto 2006). Sedangkan untuk Rawa Liontin diletakkan 4 jalur, dimana masing-masing jalur berukuran 20 x100 m. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 31 jenis dari 20 famili di Pulau Tepus Rawa Air Tawar Danau Tangkas. Famili Myrtaceae memiliki jumlah jenis terbanyak diikuti famili Elaeocarpaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Fabaceae, Phyllanthaceae, Xanthophyllaceae masing-masing sebanyak dua jenis. Sedangkan di Ekosistem Hutan Rawa Air Tawar Danau Tangkas lokasi Rawa Liontin menemukan 6 jenis tumbuhan dari 6 famili. Rawa Liontin sebagian besar di tumbuhi pohon putat (Homalium sp). Di Ekositem Hutan Rawa Air Tawar Danau Tangkas ditemukan berbagai macam famili seperti Myrtaceae, Melastomataceae, Phyllanthaceae, Rubiaceae, Salicaceae, Xanthophyllaceae. Masing- masing jenis hanya ditemukan satu jenis tumbuhan. Ekositem Rawa Air Tawar Danau Tangkas disusun oleh 37 jenis dan 21 famili. Indeks keanekaragaman jenis pada Pulau Tepus termasuk kategori tinggi dan pada Rawa Liontin termasuk kategori rendah. Kondisi fisik Ekositem Rawa Air Tawar Danau Tangkas sebagai berikut: suhu harian Pulau Tepus berkisar antara 23°C sampai 30°C. Suhu harian Rawa Liontin berkisar antara antara 25,5°C sampai 27,3°C. Kelembaban udara harian pada Pulau Tepus berkisar 49 % sampai 81 %, sedangkan kelembaban udara harian pada Rawa Liontin berkisar 62 % sampai 65.3%. Intensitas cahaya yang ada di tiap plot contoh pada Pulau Tepus berkisar antara 215 Lux – 1068 Lux. Sedangkan pada Rawa Liontin berkisar antara 429 Lux – 1740 Lux. Lake Tangkas is located in two villages, namely Tanjung Terus Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency and Kaos Village, Pemayung District, Batanghari Regency. The name Tangkas lake is taken from the names of the villages of Tanjung Terus and Kaos because they are located in the two administrative areas of the village. This Tangkas Lake Tourism forms elongated which has an area of 403.11 Ha which is still natural. Tangkas Lake has its own charm with the growth of putat trees whose red flowers bloom and fall around July to August every year. Tangkas Lake is famous for the beauty of the forest above the water which is named the pendant forest. The pendant forest track is overgrown with thousands of putat trees. Visitors can also traverse the long pendant forest track using a traditional boat. This research has been carried out for ± 2 months, namely in November - December 2021. At location 1 (Tepus Island), the vegetation analysis method used is a combination of lines and grid lines with the length of the path following the length of the Tepus Island path. Based on the conditions in the field on Tepus Island, 2 lines were made with a distance of 20 m between the lines. Line 1 is 80 m long, with 20 x 20 m plots, there are 4 observation plots. Lane 2 is 40 m long, meaning there are 2 observation plots. Observations on the stages of seedlings, stakes and poles were carried out in plots of 20 x 20 m (Indriyanto 2006). Meanwhile, for Swamp Pendant, there are 4 lanes, where each lane measures 20 x 100 m. The results showed that there were 31 species from 20 families on Pulau Tangkas Swamp Freshwater Lake Tangkas. The Myrtaceae family had the highest number of species followed by the Elaeocarpaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Fabaceae, Phyllanthaceae, Xanthophyllaceae families each with two species. Meanwhile, in the Lake Tangkas Freshwater Swamp Forest Ecosystem, the Swamp Pendant location found 6 plant species from 6 families. Swamp Pendant is mostly covered with putat trees (Homalium sp). In the Lake Tangkas Freshwater Swamp Forest Ecosystem, various families are found, such as Myrtaceae, Melastomataceae, Phyllanthaceae, Rubiaceae, Salicaceae, Xanthophyllaceae. Each type only found one plant species. The Danau Tangkas Freshwater Swamp Ecosystem is composed of 37 species and 21 families. The species diversity index on Tepus Island is in the high category and in Swamp Pendant is in the low category. The physical condition of the Danau Tangkas Freshwater Swamp Ecosystem is as follows: the daily temperature of Tepus Island ranges from 23°C to 30°C. Rawa Pendant daily temperatures range from 25.5°C to 27.3°C. Daily air humidity on Tepus Island ranges from 49% to 81%, while daily air humidity on Swamp Pendant ranges from 62% to 65.3%. The light intensity in each sample plot on Tepus Island ranges from 215 Lux – 1068 Lux. Whereas in Swamp Pendant it ranges from 429 Lux – 1740 Lux.
