Abstract

ABSTRAK Hutan sebagai sumber daya alam memiliki keindahan dan kekayaan alam yang melimpah terutama pada sektor wisata. Ekowisata lebih menitik beratkan pada point tiga utama yaitu keberlangsungan alam atau ekologi, memberikan manfaat pembagunan ekonomi wilayah, dan sosial masyarakat dapat diterima. Dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 33 Tahun 2009 tentang pedoman pengembangan ekowisata di daerah menyatakan pada pasal 21 ayat (2) yaitu pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) melibatkan warga masyarakat, lembaga kemasyarakatan, badan permusyawaratan desa, kader pemberdayaan masyarakat, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat. Pengembagan dari sektor ekowisata alam yang berada pada kawasan pariwisata tersebut yaitu salah satunya ekowisata alam bukit sulap yang merupakan bagian dari zona pemanfaatan Taman Nasional Kerinci Seblat (TNKS) yang terletak di kota Lubuklinggau Sumatera Selatan tepatnya pada kelurahan Ulak Surung dengan luasan total luasan lahan ekowisata kurang lebih 200 ha. Ekowisata alam bukit sulap sebenarnya juga memberikan titik terang bagi masyarakat lokal khususnya masyarakat umumnya khususnya kelurahan Ulak Surung dalam proses peningkatan ekonomi nafkah rumah tangga mereka. Karena aktivitas dari penghasilan dalam segi sektor pertanian yang terbilang rendah sehingga memungkinan masyarakat mencari pemasukan tambahan diluar dari aktivitas mereka sebagai seorang petani atau pun buruh, guna untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarganya. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2021 yang berlokasi di sekitar kawasan Wisata alam bukit sulap tepatnya di Kota Lubuklinggau. Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan melalui metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 48 orang. Untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis struktur nafkah masyarakat terhadap ekowisata alam bukit sulap maka digunakan analisis struktur nafkah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur nafkah yang diperoleh dari aktivitas rumah tangga bukan berasal dari ekowisata bukit sulap tetapi dari mata pencaharian utama masyarakat yang melakukan aktivitas perkebunan dan pertanian serta kegiatan lainnya dalam kawasan bukit sulap. Pendapatan on-farm income Rp. 14.442.163 pertahun dari sektor pertanian, off farm income Rp. 14.373.839 pertahun dari sektor diluar dari pertanian yaitu buruh tani dan non-farm income Rp. 17.366.250 pertahun dari sektor diluar pertanian yaitu wiraswasta, ojek pangkalan. Kata Kunci : Ekowisata, Pendapatan, Wisata Alam Bukit Sulap ABSTRACT Forest as a natural resource has abundant beauty and natural wealth, especially in the tourism sector. Ecotourism focuses more on three main points, namely natural or ecological sustainability, providing regional economic development benefits, and social acceptance. In the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 33 of 2009 concerning guidelines for the development of ecotourism in the regions it states in article 21 paragraph (2) that community empowerment as referred to in paragraph (1) involves community members, community organizations, village consultative bodies, community empowerment cadres, religious leaders , community leaders and non-governmental organizations. The development of the natural ecotourism sector in the tourism area is one of them, the magic hill ecotourism which is part of the utilization zone of the Kerinci Seblat National Park (TNKS) located in the city of Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra, to be precise in the Ulak Surung sub-district, with a total area of less ecotourism land. more than 200 hectares. The natural ecotourism of the magic hill also provides a bright spot for the local community, especially the general public, especially the Ulak Surung village in the process of increasing their household's livelihood economy. Because activity from income in terms of the agricultural sector is relatively low, making it possible for people to seek additional income outside of their activities as farmers or laborers, in order to meet the needs of their families. This research was carried out in November 2021 which is located around the Magic Hill Nature Tourism area to be precise in Lubuklinggau City. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 48 people. To find out and analyze the structure of the community's livelihood on ecotourism in the magic hills, an analysis of the livelihood structure is used. The results of the study show that the livelihood structure derived from household activities does not come from ecotourism at the magic hill but from the main livelihood of the people who carry out plantation and agricultural activities as well as other activities in the magic hill area. On-farm income Rp. 14,442,163 per year from the agricultural sector, off farm income Rp. 14,373,839 per year from sectors outside of agriculture, namely farm laborers and non-farm income Rp. 17,366,250 per year from non-agricultural sectors, namely self-employed, motorcycle taxi base.
