Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pasien Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) dapat mengalami inflamasi dikarenakan gangguan fungsi ginjal dan proses hemodialisa. Inflamasi dapat diukur dengan menggunakan C-Reactive Protein (CRP) yang merupakan salah satu Parameter Inflamasi yang mulai banyak digunakan. Pada dasarnya inflamasi dapat mempengaruhi status gizi pasien dengan berbagai mekanisme. Status gizi penting karena dapat menentukan kualitas hidup dan prognosis pasien Tujuan. : Mengetahui Hubungan CRP sebagai Parameter Inflamasi terhadap status gizi berdasarkan IMT pada pasien CKD yang sedang menjalani Hemodialisa di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional pada 40 pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi, yang dikumpulkan dengan metode accidental sampling.CRP menggunakan Hematology Analyzer dan Pengukuran status gizi menggunakan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dan uji hipotesisnya menggunakan uji fisher. Hasil : Hasil dari 40 pasien lebih banyak berusia 40-50 tahun (32,5%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki (62,5%) Pasien yang memiliki CRP tinggi sebanyak 32,5% dan pasien yang mengalami gizi kurang sebanyak 25%. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji fisher didapatkan nilai p=0.720 (>0,05). Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan antara CRP sebagai parameter inflamasi terhadap status gizi pasien CKD yang menjalani Hemodialisa Kata Kunci : Hemodialisa, Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), C-Reactive Protein, Status Gizi, Inflamasi ABSTRACT Background : Inflammation process can occurs in CKD due to impaired kidney function and the hemodialysis process. Inflammation can be measured using C-Reactive Protein (CRP), which is one of the most widely used as a marker of inflammation. The inflammation can affect the nutritional status of patients with various mechanisms. Nutritional status is important because it can determine the quality of life and patient prognosis Objective : Analyzed the Relationship of CRP as a marker of Inflammation to nutritional status based on BMI in CKD patients undergoing Hemodialysis at Raden Mattaher General Hospital Jambi Methods : This study was a cross-sectional study on 40 CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Raden Mattaher Hosipital Jambi, which was collected by accidental sampling method. C-Reactive protein using an hematology analyzer and measurement of nutrional status using body mass index (BMI) and hypothesis testing using the fisher test Results : The results of the 40 patients were more than 40-50 years old (32.5%), male (62.5%). Patients who have high CRP are 32.5% and patients who experience malnutrition are 25%. The results of statistical tests using the Fisher test obtained a value of p = 0.720 (> 0.05).
