Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk : (1) Mendeskripsikan gambaran usahatani jamur tiram di Kota Jambi. (2) Menganalisis besar biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan usahatani jamur tiram di Kota Jambi. (3) Menganalisis tingkat risiko pendapatan usahatani jamur tiram di Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Jambi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 petani. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif menggunakan analisis pendapatan dan analisis risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Gambaran umum usaha jamur tiram di Kota Jambi adalah sebagai salah satu wilayah sentra penghasil jamur tiram terbesar di Provinsi Jambi. (2) Rata-rata biaya yang harus dikeluarkan petani jamur tiram di Kota Jambi adalah sebesar Rp.333.733,88/m2/Thn. Dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp.880.357,37/m2/Thn. Sedangkan pendapatan rata-rata petani jamur tiram adalah sebesar Rp.546.623,49/m2/Thn. (3) Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh nilai standar deviasi (V) sebesar 213.794,12 dan nilai koefisien variasi (CV) sebesar 0,39. Nilai CV<0,5 dan nilai batas bawah sebesar Rp.119.035,25/m2/Thn (L>0), artinya usaha jamur tiram di Kota Jambi tidak beresiko tinggi dan tidak bepeluang mengalami kerugian. Kata Kunci : Jamur Tiram, Pendapatan, Analisis Risiko This study aims to: (1) Describe the description of oyster mushroom farming in Jambi City. (2) Analyzing the costs, receipts and income of oyster mushroom farming in Jambi City. (3) Analyze the level of risk of oyster mushroom farming income in the City of Jambi. This research was conducted in Jambi City with a total sample of 20 farmers. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative analysis using income analysis and risk analysis. The results of the study show (1) The general description of the oyster mushroom business in Jambi City is as one of the largest oyster mushroom producing centers in Jambi Province. (2) The average cost to be incurred by oyster mushroom farmers in Jambi City is IDR 333,733.88/m2/Year. With revenues of IDR 880,357.37/m2/year. Meanwhile, the average income of oyster mushroom farmers is IDR 546,623.49/m2/year. (3) Based on the analysis performed, the standard deviation value (V) is 213,794.12 and the coefficient of variation (CV) is 0.39. The CV value <0.5 and the lower limit value is Rp.119,035.25/m2/year (L>0), meaning that the oyster mushroom business in Jambi City is not at high risk and has no chance of experiencing losses.
