Abstract

ABSTRAK Bungur famili Lythraceae memilikii banyaki spesiesi diantaranyai Lagerstroemiai loudonii,i Lagerstroemiai speciosa,i Lagerstroemiai densiflorai, Lagerstroemiai indica,i L.i macrocarpa,i L.i ovalifolia,i L.i tomentosa,i i L.i floribunda. Bunguri dapati tumbuhi padai datarani rendahi maupuni datarani tinggi.i Padai daerahi subtropisi tanamani inii berbungai padai musimi panas.i Pertumbuhannyai sangati dipengaruhii olehi cahayai mataharii langsungi dani tidaki ternaungi.iBunguri dapati tumbuhi sampaii ketinggiani 800i mdpl. Tanamani bunguri biasai ditanami dii pinggiri jalan,i karenai kanopii daunnyai sangati rimbun,i makai berfungsii baiki sebagaii tanamani peneduh.i Bungai bunguri cukupi indahi dengani warnanyai yangi ungu.i Tanamani bunguri bisai mencapaii ketinggiani antarai 25-30i meter. Dauni bunguri merupakani bagiani dari tanaman obat. Kayui bunguri merupakani kayui terbaiki setelahi kayui tembesu,i kekerasannyai sedangi sehinggai pengerjaannyai sedikiti mudahi namuni pengeringannyai kayui inii lambati mengeringi dani mudahi mengalamii retaki ataui pecahi dibagiani permukaani papan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan bibit bungut Lagerstroemiai speciosa terhadap interaksi antara intensitas cahaya dan pupuk NPK. Penelitiani inii dilaksanakani dii Laboratoriumi Pendidikani dani Pembibitani Jurusani Kehutanani Fakultasi Pertaniani Universitasi Jambii Kampusi Pinangi Masak,i Desai Mendaloi Indah,i Kecamatani Jambii Luari Kota,i Kabupateni Muaroi Jambi. Rancangani percobaani yangi digunakani dalami penelitiani inii adalahi Rancangani Acaki Lengkapi (RAL)i dengani polai percobaani Petaki Tebagii (Spliti Ploti Design)i yangi terdirii darii duai faktor.i Faktori pertamai merupakani tarafi intensitasi cahayai (C)i sebagaii petaki utamai (maini plot)i yangi terdirii darii tigai taraf. Faktori keduai merupakani pupuki NPKi (P)i sebagaii anaki petaki (subi plot)i yangi terdirii darii tigai taraf. Masing-masing kombinasi perlakuani dapati diulangi sebanyaki 3i kali.i Satuani perlakuani terdirii darii 4i bibiti sehinggai jumlahi bibiti yangi dibutuhkani dalami penelitiani inii adalahi sebanyaki 108i bibit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Interaksi nyata antara intensitasi cahayai dani pupuki NPKi berpengaruhi nyatai terhadap variable berat kering akar. Faktor tunggal pada intensitas cahaya 75% memberikan pengaruh yang terbaik pada veriabel pertambahan tinggi, pertambahan diameter, dan berat kering tajuk. Faktor tunggal dosis pupuk NPK 2 gram memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada variable pertambahan tinggi, pertambahan diameter, jumlah daun dan berat kering tajuk Kata Kunci : Bungur Lagerstroemia speciosa, Intensitas Cahaya, Pupuk NPK, ABSTRACT The Bungur family Lythraceae has many species including Lagerstroemiai loudonii, i Lagerstroemiai speciosa, i Lagerstroemiai densiflorai, Lagerstroemiai indica, i L.i macrocarpa, i L.i ovalifolia, i L.i tomentosa, i i L.i floribunda. Bunguri can be found growing in both lowlands and highlands. In subtropical regions this plant flowers in the hot season. Its growth is strongly influenced by direct sunlight and is not shaded. Bunguri can grow up to an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. Bunguri plants are usually planted along the roadside, because the leaf canopy is very lush, so it functions well as a shade tree. Bunguri leaves are part of the medicinal plant. Bunguri wood is the best wood after tembesu wood, its hardness is moderate so it's a little easier to work with, but the drying of this wood is slow to dry and easy to crack or break on the surface of the board. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth response of the Lagerstroemiai speciosa seedlings to the interaction between light intensity and NPK fertilizer.This research was carried out at the Educational and Nursery Laboratory, Department of Forestry, Faculty of Agriculture, Jambi University, Pinangi Masak Campus, in Mendaloi Indah Village, in Jambi District, Outer City, and Muaroi Regency, Jambi. The experimental design used in this study is Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with Split Plot Design (Split Plot Design) consisting of two factors. The first factor is the level of light intensity (C) as the main plot. i yangi consists of three levels. The second factori is the fertilizer NPKi (P)i as the sub plot i which consists of three levels. Each treatment combination could be repeated 3i times. The treatment unit consisted of 4i seeds so that the number of seeds needed in this study was 108i seeds.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant interaction between light intensity and NPKi fertilizer which has a significant effect on root dry weight variable. The single factor at 75% light intensity gave the best effect on the variable height gain, diameter increase, and canopy dry weight. The single factor dose of 2 gram NPK fertilizer gave the best effect on the variable height gain, diameter increase, number of leaves and shoot dry weight Keywords: Lagerstroemia speciosa, Light Intensity, NPK Fertilizer,
