Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada kegiatan pengadaan koleksi pada Museum Siginjei. Permasalahan yang dikaji pada penelitian ini terkait dengan evaluasi pelaksanaan pengadaan koleksi pada Museum Siginjei berdasarkan acuan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia No. 24 Tahun 2022 Tentang Peraturan Pelaksanaan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 66 Tahun 2015 Tentang Museum. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah analisis yang bersifat deskriptif, untuk menjawab permasalahan yang ada akan dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan juga studi literatur. Berdasarkan data yang sudah berhasil dikumpulkan kemudian akan dilakukan evaluasi, dan dari hasil evaluasi tersebut selanjutnya akan dilakukan analisis SWOT. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori tentang museum, pengelolaan koleksi, pengadaan koleksi, dan evaluasi museum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengadaan koleksi benda bercorak kebudayaan pada Museum Siginjei yang dilakukan pada tahun 2019 termasuk ke dalam kategori kurang sesuai karena dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa aspek dalam pengadaan yang tidak dilakukan oleh tim pengadaan koleksi seperti tidak membuat laporan kajian pengadaan koleksi secara rinci dan tidak membuat laporan pelaksanaan pengadaan koleksi secara jelas dari awal pengadaan akan dilakukan sampai akhir. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut selanjutnya disampaikan saran untuk Museum Siginjei terkait peningkatan pengadaan koleksi museum. This research focuses on procurement activities at the Siginjei Museum. The problems studied in this study are related to the evaluation of the procurement of collections at the Siginjei Museum based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia No. 24 of 2022 concerning Regulations for Implementing Government Regulation No. 66 of 2015 concerning Museums. In this research, the method used is descriptive analysis. To answer the existing problems, data collection will be carried out through observation, interviews, and also literature studies. Based on the data that has been successfully collected, an evaluation will then be carried out, and from the results of the evaluation a SWOT analysis will then be carried out. The theory used in this study is the theory of museums, collection management, collection procurement, and museum evaluation. The results showed that the procurement of a collection of culturally patterned objects at the Siginjei Museum which was carried out in 2019 was included in the inappropriate category because in practice there were several aspects of the procurement that were not carried out by the collection procurement team such as not making detailed collection procurement study reports and not make a report on the implementation of the collection procurement clearly from the beginning of the procurement to the end. Based on these results, suggestions were made to the Siginjei Museum regarding increasing the procurement of museum collections.
