Abstract

ABSTRAK Optimasi lahan sawah adalah upaya untuk memperoleh hasil terbaik pada penggunaan lahan sawah, dilakukan dengan penyusunan model untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan alokasi optimal dari sumberdaya yang ada ke dalam berbagai alternatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya luas lahan sawah per petani yang optimum dan menganalisis besarnya pendapatan dari luas lahan sawah per petani yang optimum serta menganalisis sensitivitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Setiris Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Jumlah sempel penelitian ini sebanyak 22 petani. Pemilihan objek penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Analisis data yang digunakan untuk menentukan optimasi adalah Linear Programming dengan bantuan Lindo. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa luas lahan sawah per petani yang optimum yaitu dengan mengusahakan lahan sawah masa tanam pertama dan kedua masing-masing seluas 0,5 Hektar dengan pendapatan dari luas lahan sawah per petani yang optimum yaitu sebesar Rp.7.471.516. Hasil optimasi tetap dapat dipertahankan apabila pendapatan pada luas lahan masa tanam pertama dan kedua berada pada range perubahan atau batas bawah dan batas atas masing-masing sebesar Rp.0 (nol) hingga tak terbatas. Adapun nilai dual price luas lahan masa tanam pertama dan kedua tetap dapat dipertahankan bila nilai sebelah kanan luas lahan masa tanam pertama dan kedua masing-masing berada pada range ketersediaan sebesar 0 (nol) hingga 0,67 Hektar dan range 0 (nol) hingga 0,66 Hektar. Kata Kunci : Luas Lahan, Optimasi , Padi ABSTRACT Optimizing rice fields is an effort to obtain the best results in the use of rice fields, carried out by developing models to assist decision making in determining the optimal allocation of existing resources into various alternatives. This research aims to analyze the optimum size of rice field area per farmer and analyze the amount of income from the optimum area of rice field per farmer and analyze sensitivity. This research was conducted in Setiris Village, Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The number of samples for this research was 22 farmers. The selection of research objects was carried out deliberately (purposive sampling). The data analysis used to determine optimization is Linear Programming with the help of Lindo. The results of the research show that the optimum area of rice fields per farmer is cultivating the first and second planting periods of 0.5 Hectare each with the optimum income from the area of rice fields per farmer being IDR 7,471,516. Optimization results can still be maintained if the income on the land area for the first and second planting periods is within the change range or lower limit and upper limit of IDR 0 (zero) to infinity, respectively. The dual price value of land area for the first and second planting periods can still be maintained if the values to the right of the land area for the first and second planting periods are respectively in the availability range of 0 (zero) to 0.67 Hectare and the range 0 (zero) to 0 .66 Hectare.
