Abstract
ABSTRAK Tanaman Pedada merupakan tanaman mangrove yang memiliki banyak manfaat. Fermentasi SCOBY memiliki manfaat meningkatkan nilai nutrisi dan modifikasi dari senyawa organik dalam produk fermentasi. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah infusa daun pedada dan fermentasi SCOBY daun pedada memiliki pengaruh terhadap kadar fenol total dan flavonoid total serta menentukan konsentrasi efektif fermentasi SCOBY daun pedada dapat memiliki aktivitas analgetik dan antipiretik. Metode yang digunakan bersifat eksperimental dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok perlakuan. Dengan metode rangsang kimia dan pengamatan parameter suhu demam pada rektal mencit. Analisis senyawa dengan penetapan kadar fenol total, flavonoid total dan LC-MS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan dari fenol total dan flavonoid total berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas analgetik antipiretik pada mencit putih jantan dibuktikan dengan hasil stastitik Anova (P<0.05) dimana menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan serta hasil stastistik uji Duncan membuktikan bahwa konsentrasi paling efektif pada uji aktivitas analgetik adalah pada kelompok perlakuan fermentasi SCOBY infusa daun pedadadengan dosis pemberian sebanyak 2%(P4) begitu juga pada uji antipiretik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa infusa daun pedada dan fermentasi SCOBY daun pedada memiliki akivitas sebagai analgetik dan antipiretik. ABSTRACT The Pedada plant is a mangrove plant that has many benefits. SCOBY fermentation has the benefit of increasing the nutritional value and modification of organic compounds in fermented products. This research aims to determine whether pedada leaf infusion and pedada leaf SCOBY fermentation have an influence on total phenol and total flavonoid levels and determine the effective concentration of pedada leaf SCOBY fermentation which can have analgesic and antipyretic activity. The method used was experimental, divided into 6 treatment groups. Using the chemical stimulation method and observing fever temperature parameters in the rectal area of mice. Compound analysis by determining the levels of total phenols, total flavonoids and LC-MS. The results of the study showed that the content of total phenols and total flavonoids had an effect on the antipyretic analgesic activity in male white mice as evidenced by the results of the Anova statistic (P<0.05) which showed a significant difference and the statistical results of the Duncan test proving that the concentration was the most effective in the analgesic activity test. was in the SCOBY fermentation treatment group of pedada leaf infusion with a dose of 2% (P4) as well as in the antipyretic test. These results indicate that pedada leaf infusion and pedada leaf SCOBY fermentation have analgesic and antipyretic activity.
