Abstract
This study aims to describe organizational culture, work discipline and employee performance at the Jambi Provincial Health Office, as well as analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance both directly and indirectly through employee discipline as an intervention variable. This study uses a survey method in collecting data. Then proceed with using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, with data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that organizational culture directly and indirectly through work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as well as work discipline directly and significantly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
