Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Prosedur Klaim pada program Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK) dan untuk mengetahui manfaat yang dapat diperoleh dari program Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK) pada Badan penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan. Jaminan kecelakaan kerja, serta proses pembayaran telah ditetapkan dan diundang-undangkan oleh Badan Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) ketenagakerjaan. Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja atau biasa disebut dengan JKK memberikan perlindungan atas risiko-risiko kecelakaan yang terjadi dalam hubungan kerja, termasuk kecelakaan yang terjadi dalam perjalanan dari rumah menuju tempat kerja atau sebaliknya dan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh lingkungan kerja. Akan tetapi masih banyaknya proyek jasa konstruksi yang belum terlalu mengetahui dampak dari jaminan kecelakaan kerja tersebut. Metode yang digunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Prosedur klaim JKK di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan meliputi, tahap pelaporan kecelakaan kerja Tahap I, tahap permintaan JKK (Laporan Tahap II), tahap penelitian, tahap penetapan JKK, tahap pelaksanaan pembayaran jaminan diberikan dari hasil penetapan jaminan. Sedangkan prosedur pembayaran JKK meliputi, tahap permohonan pembayaran santunan dan JKK, tahap penetapan jaminan, tahap voucher jaminan dan kwintasi jaminan, dan tahap pembayaran. Kata Kunci : Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK), Voucher Jaminan The aim of this research is to find out the Claim Procedure for the Work Accident Insurance (JKK) program and to find out the benefits that can be obtained from the Work Accident Insurance (JKK) program at the Employment Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS). Work accident insurance and the payment process have been determined and legislated by the Employment Social Security Administration (BPJS). Work Accident Insurance or commonly known as JKK provides protection for the risks of accidents that occur during work relations, including accidents that occur on the way from home to work or vice versa and diseases caused by the work environment. However, there are still many construction service projects that do not really know the impact of work accident insurance. The method used is descriptive research using interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. . The JKK claim procedure at BPJS Employment includes, Phase I work accident reporting stage, JKK request stage (Phase II Report), research stage, JKK determination stage, implementation stage of guarantee payments provided from the guarantee proceeds. Meanwhile, the JKK payment procedure includes the application stage for compensation and JKK payments, the guarantee determination stage, the voucher guarantee and guarantee receipt stage, and the payment stage. The JKK claim procedure at BPJS Employment includes the work accident reporting stage Stage I, the JKK request stage (Report Stage II ), research stage, JKK determination stage, implementation stage of guarantee payments provided from the results of the guarantee determination. Meanwhile, the procedures for JKK payments include the application stage for compensation and JKK payments, the collateral determination stage, the voucher guarantee and quintation guarantee stages, and the payment stage.
