Abstract

Pakcoy merupakan salah satu produk hortikultura yang menjadi unggulan dalam sektor pertanian karena merupakan produk yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan Mendapatkan konsentrasi dan interval terbaik dari pemberian Eco Enzym terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil pada tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Teaching and research Farm Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jambi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 6 bulan yaitu pada bulan Maret 2023 sampai bulan September 2023. Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) terdiri 6 taraf yaitu, k1 = pemberian Eco Enzym 10 mL L-1, 1 x seminggu, k2 = pemberian Eco Enzym 10 mL L-1, 2 x seminggu, k3 = pemberian Eco Enzym 30 mL L-1, 1 x seminggu, k4 = pemberian Eco Enzym 30 mL L-1, 2 x seminggu, k5 = pemberian Eco Enzym 50 mL L-1, 1 x seminggu, k6 = pemberian Eco Enzym 50 mL L-1, 2 x seminggu. Data yang diamati kemudian dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam dengan uji lanjut DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian Eco enzyme memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy seperti pada variable tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun terpanjang, lebar daun terlebar, luas daun, bobot segar pertanaman dan bobot segar akar. Pemberian Konsentrasi dan Frekuensi Eco Enzyme 30 mL L-1 air dan frekuensi 2 kali dalam seminggu merupakan hasil yang dapat memberikan pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy yang terbaik dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya. Pakcoy is one of the superior horticultural products in the agricultural sector because it is a product that is in great demand by public. This research aims to get the best concentration and interval from giving Eco Enzym to the growth and yield of pak choy plants (Brassica rapa L.). This research was carried out at the Teaching and research Farm Jambi University Faculty of Agriculture. This research was carried out for 6 months namely March 2023 to September 2023. Random design Group (RAK) consists of 6 levels, namely, k1 = administration of Eco Enzym 10 mL L-1, 1 x a week, k2 = giving Eco Enzym 10 mL L-1, 2 x a week, k3 = giving Eco Enzym 30 mL L-1, 1 x a week, k4 = administering Eco Enzym 30 mL L-1, 2 x a week, k5 = giving Eco Enzym 50 mL L-1, 1 x a week, k6 = giving Eco Enzym 50 mL L-1, 2 x a week. The observed data is then analyzed using variance testing with the DMRT follow-up test. The research results show Giving Eco enzyme has an influence on plant growth pakchoy such as the variables of plant height, number of leaves, longest leaf length, widest leaf width, leaf area, plant fresh weight and root fresh weight. Giving Eco Enzyme Concentration and Frequency 30 mL L-1 water and frequency 2 times a week is a result that can provide plant growth Pakcoy is the best compared to other treatments.
