Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran usahatani kentang varietas granola kembang di Kecamatan Kayu Aro Kabupaten Kerinci (2) menghitung besarnya pendapatan usahatani kentang varietas granola kembang di Kecamatan Kayu Aro Kabupaten Kerinci (3) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usahatani kentang varietas granola kembang di Kecamatan Kayu Aro Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis UOP (Unit Output Price). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mekar Sari, Desa Sungai Tanduk dan Desa Batang Sangir Kecamatan Kayu Aro Kabupaten Kerinci. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan bulan Maret 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Gambaran usahatani kentang varietas granola kembang di daerah penelitian adalah bibit yang digunakan berasal dari Bandung pada kelas G3 dengan harga bibit Rp.20.000/kg dengan rata-rata penggunaan bibit yaitu 1.051 kg/ha/MT. Musim tanam kentang varietas granola kembang di daerah penelitian yaitu 2 kali musim tanam dalam 1 tahun. Usahatani kentang varietas granola kembang di daerah penelitian di mulai dari pemilihan bibit, pengolahan lahan, penanaman, pemupukan, pemeliharaan hingga pemanenan, (2) Rata-rata pendapatan usahatani kentang varietas granola kembang di daerah penelitian adalah sebesar Rp.43.286.855 ha/MT, (3) Hasil regresi diperoleh bahwa sewa lahan, biaya tenaga kerja, biaya bibit, biaya insektisida, biaya fungisida, biaya herbisida, biaya pupuk SP36 dan biaya pupuk KCL berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan usahatani, sedangkan biaya pupuk Phonska tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan usahatani kentang variaetas granola kembang. Kata Kunci : Usahatani Kentang Granola Kembang, Pendapatan dan Faktor Pendapatan. ABSTRACT This research aims to (1) find out the description of the granola flower variety potato farming in Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency (2) calculate the amount of income from the flowering granola variety potato farming in Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency (3) analyze the factors that influence the income of cultivating potato varieties flower granola in Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and UOP (Unit Output Price) analysis. This research was carried out in Mekar Sari Village, Sungai Tanduk Village and Batang Sangir Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency. The sampling technique in this research used the Simple Random Sampling method. The time of the research was carried out from February to March 2023. The results of the research show (1) The description of the granola flower variety potato farming in the research area is that the seeds used come from Bandung in the G3 class with a seed price of IDR 20,000/kg with an average usage seeds, namely 1,051 kg/ha/MT. The planting season for the granola flower variety of potatoes in the research area is 2 planting seasons in 1 year. Farming of flowering granola variety potatoes in the research area starts from seed selection, land processing, planting, fertilizing, maintenance to harvesting, (2) The average income of flowering granola variety potato farming in the research area is IDR 43,286,855 ha/MT, (3) The regression results show that land rent, labor costs, seed costs, insecticide costs, fungicide costs, herbicide costs, SP36 fertilizer costs and KCL fertilizer costs have a significant effect on farm income, while Phonska fertilizer costs have no real effect on farm income. flower granola variety potatoes.
