Abstract
PENGARUH KONSENTRASI EKO-ENZIM DAN PUPUK NPK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KOPI LIBERIKA (Coffea liberica W Bull ex Hiern) TUNGKAL JAMBI Giya Ayuni Sapitri1),Anis Tatik Maryani2), Elly Indra Swari3) 1)Mahasiswa Jurusan Agroekoteknologi Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jambi 2)Dosen Jurusan Agroekoteknologi Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jambi Kampus Pinang Masak, Mendalo Darat, Jambi 36361 *Alamat korespondensi: giyaayunis@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian beberapa konsentrasi Eko-Enzim dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kopi Liberika Tungkal Jambi dan untukmendapatkan konsentrasi Eko-Enzim dan pupuk NPK yang memberikan pertumbuhan bibit kopi Liberika Tungkal Jambi terbaik. Penelitian ini Menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 6 taraf perlakuan yaitu: P0= Tanpa pemberian Eko-Enzim (100% Pupuk Anorganik), P1= Konsentrasi Eko-Enzim 50 mL.L + 50 % pupuk Anorganik, P2= Konsentrai Eko-Enzim 100 mL.L + 50 % pupuk Anorganik, P3= Konsentrasi Eko-Enzim 150 mL. L + 50 % pupuk Anorganik, P4= Konsentrasi Eko-Enzim 200 mL.L + 50 % pupuk Anorganik, P5=Konsentrasi Eko-Enzim 250 mL.L + 50 % pupuk Anorganik. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, luas daun total, bobot kering tajuk, bobot kering akar,dan rasio tajuk akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Eko-Enzim dan pupuk NPK mampu memberikan pengaruh pada pertumbuhan kopi liberika tungkal jambi pada variabel jumlah daun dan luas daun total dan konsentrasi Eko-Enzim 50 mL.L + 50 % Pupuk Anorganik merupakan hasil yang dapat memberikan pertumbuhan tanaman kopi yang terbaik. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka pada pemberian konsentrasi Eko-Enzim dan Pupuk NPK disarankan menggunakan konsentrasi 50 mL. L + 50 % pupuk Anorganik abstract This study aims to investigate the influence of various concentrations of Eco-Enzyme and NPK fertilizer on the growth of Liberika Tungkal Jambi coffee seedlings and to determine the optimal concentrations of Eco-Enzyme and NPK fertilizer for the growth of Liberika Tungkal Jambi coffee seedlings. The study utilized a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 6 treatment levels, as follows: P0 = No Eco-Enzyme (100% Inorganic Fertilizer), P1 = Eco-Enzyme Concentration 50 mL.L^(-1) + 50% Inorganic Fertilizer, P2 = Eco-Enzyme Concentration 100 m〖L.〗^(-1) + 50% Inorganic Fertilizer, P3 = Eco-Enzyme Concentration 150 mL.L^(-1) + 50% Inorganic Fertilizer, P4 = Eco-Enzyme Concentration 200 mL.L^(-1) + 50% Inorganic Fertilizer, and P5 = Eco-Enzyme Concentration 250 mL.L^(-1)+ 50% Inorganic Fertilizer. The observed variables included plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, total leaf area, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, and root shoot ratio.The research findings indicate that the application of Eco-Enzyme and NPK fertilizer had an impact on the growth of 6-month-old Liberika Tungkal Jambi coffee seedlings, particularly in terms of the number of leaves and total leaf area. The concentration of Eco-Enzyme at 50 mL.L^(-1)+ 50% Inorganic Fertilizer yielded the best growth results for the coffee plants. Based on the conducted research, it is recommended to use a concentration of 50 mL.L^(-1)+ 50% inorganic fertilizer when applying Eco-Enzyme and NPK fertilizer.
