Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian beberapa konsentrasi ekoenzim dan air lindi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman buncis dan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi terbaik dari pemberian ekoenzim dan air lindi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman buncis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan, yaitu: P0 : Ekoenzim 0 mL.L-1 Larutan Air Lindi, P1 : Ekoenzim 25 mL.L-1 Larutan Air Lindi, P2 : Ekoenzim 50 mL.L-1 Larutan Air Lindi , P3 : Ekoenzim 75 mL.L-1 Larutan Air Lindi dan P4 : Ekoenzim 100 mL.L-1 Larutan Air Lindi. Variabel tanaman yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, Bobot brangkasan, bobot polong pertanaman, jumlah polong pertanaman dan bobot perpolong. Data yang diamati kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis sidik ragam dengan uji F- α = 5 % yang kemudian dilanjutkan uji perbandingan rata-rata perlakuan dengan metode Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) taraf α = 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian ekoenzim dan air lindi dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman dan bobot brangkasan dengan beberapa konsentrasi ekoenzim dan air lindi dengan konsentrasi terbaik Ekoenzim 75 mL.L-1 Larutan Air Lindi. Pemberian ekoenzim dan air lindi belum mampu meningkatkan hasil bobot perpolong, bobot polong pertanaman, jumlah polong pertanaman, dan umur berbunga tanaman buncis. Kata Kunci : Buncis, Pertumbuhan dan Hasil, Ekoenzim, Air Lindi This study aims to examine the effect of giving several concentrations of ecoenzyme and leachate water on the growth and yield of chickpea plants and to get the best concentration of ecoenzyme and leachate water on the growth and yield of chickpea plants. This research was conducted in the form of a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments, namely: P0 : Ecoenzyme 0 mL.L-1 Leachate Water Solution, P1: Ekoenzyme 25 mL.L-1 Leachate Water Solution, P2: Ecoenzyme 50 mL.L-1 Leachate Water Solution, P3: Ecoenzyme 75 mL.L-1 Leachate Water Solution and P4: Ekoenzyme 100 mL.L-1 leached water solution. Plant variables observed were plant height, flowering age, stalk weight, pod weight per plant, number of pods per plant and pod weight. The observed data were then analyzed using the analysis of variance method with the F-test α = 5% which was then continued by the comparison test of treatment means with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) method at the α = 5% level. The results showed that the application of ecoenzyme and leachate water can increase plant height and stalk weight with several concentrations of ecoenzyme and leachate water with the best concentration of ecoenzyme 75 mL.L-1 leachate water solution. The application of ecoenzyme and leachate water has not been able to increase the yield of perolong weight, pod weight per plant, number of pods per plant, and flowering age of bean plants.
